The cottage is a new build and will be 100% brand new with all finishings. It boosts a beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River. You will have views of the ships and many boats that use the river. The Army Corps of Engineers has approved a permit for a dock. However, they do not allow placements until July 15th due to fish spawning. The dock is built and just waiting to be placed on the 15th.
