Well maintained property with plenty of space and great location for everything in Naples and beaches. Safe, quiet neighborhood with ample parking and simple check-in/out. Would definitely stay again!

Not a comfortable living area. It was clean. Kitchen utensils and cooking pots and pans were not. This okay only.

The photos on the listing accurately reflect the space, and since the home is a 2/2 duplex, the living room is naturally on the smaller side and best suited for a quick short stay. Our review of the bungalow is mixed. Bedrooms and baths were very comfortable and updated. TV's were great, plenty of towels, etc. The living room/ kitchen combo was OK for 2 but not for more than 2. Kitchen counter was very small and seated two if you moved coffee pot & toaster, etc. Full stove present but not a kitchen to prepare a meal, only serve one purchased elsewhere. Sofa was a 2-seater love seat. No directions on how to connect to wifi so we used our phones for hotspot. As an rental owner myself, this kitchen could easily be improved with an expanded counter.

very convenient location

maybe the cleanest place I've stayed in 14 years of using vrbo. great job to the cleaning crew. area was very quite. Conrad was very easy to work with. last thing great water pressure in the shower which to me is a big plus. I'm looking after a family member so i will definitely be back. thanks again Conrad

Was not able to get a response from the host all week. Hot tub water was green and the trash right outside our door was smelly. There are also issues that I didn’t raise after not recieving responses, including the sink dialing the drain because the seal was broken and falling away from the countertop. For 5 people, the place slept 5 but did not seat 5 or provide adequate cooking supplies to make food. Needs some basic upkeep, and the host needs to be responsive.

I’m truly sorry that you felt you weren’t able to reach us during your stay responsiveness is something we take seriously, and I’m looking into what caused the communication gap so it doesn’t happen again as we have many messages come in from different platforms. Regarding the hot tub, we went very hard at the pool technicians once we learned of the issue. We were not aware it had been overlooked during the holiday period, and unfortunately the company was on vacation, which delayed the service. I understand how frustrating that must have been. As for the trash, the delay was due to several same‑week turnovers, but it still should have been removed sooner. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. I also appreciate you mentioning the sink seal, seating, and cookware. These items are already being addressed so future guests have a smoother and more comfortable stay. Your comments help us improve, and I’m sorry your experience didn’t reflect the standards we aim to provide. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts.
