The third floor is dedicated to rest and privacy, with two comfortable bedrooms, an additional bathroom, and a cozy den ideal for work or downtime. Step outside to the private patio and take in stunning Hollywood Hills views—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including private garage parking, patio, and all interior living spaces. Self check-in instructions and access details will be provided prior to arrival.

Other Things to Note:

For rentals of 30 days or longer, a flat, non-refundable utilities fee is required. This fee is calculated based on the size of the property and seasonal usage, and must be paid upfront.



This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.
