I rented a week at this disgusting establishment when I arrived and was shown the room it did not look anything like photos and on top of that the room smelled absolutely disgusting. At which point I refused to even stay at this establishment still fighting to get my refund back. The only thing positive was the girl at the front desk who was sweet and honest. Other than that do not trust this place. I had to leave and go try and find a different hotel in the area which was hard due to some graduation ceremony going on in the town. And this is very hard to write due to the fact i am a police officer in Chicago and i had travelled 10 hours to spread my grandmother’s ashes. And now this place is trying to deny me my refund so please everyone be careful and do not book with these people.
