The space on the 3rd Floor there is Four Seasons Pool, Sauna (dry and wet) and Gym:
1. Winter (warm water):
- Swimming + sauna fare: 80,000 VND/time.
- Gym ticket price: 60,000 VND/time.
- Swimming fare + sauna + gym: 120,000 VND/time.
2. Summer (cool water):
- Swimming + sauna fare: 60,000 VND/time.
- Gym ticket price: 60,000 VND/time.
- Swimming + sauna fare + gym: 100,000 VND/time.
Note: You need to bring the Card of the apartment to enjoy the resident rate (already 50% off) as above.

Entire house along with:
- The teas and coffees are ready for you to enjoy.
- The spices needed for your meals.
