Pros: adorable decorations; comfortable beds; clean appliances, kitchen and bathroom; location to Disney parks Cons: Sheets/bedding stained; extremely thin ceilings (could hear everything upstairs was doing); outside of building had trash everywhere; not enough hand towels for shower; no true front desk to address issue with homeless man hanging around back of building

Thank you for your feedback. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and all linens are professionally laundered and inspected between every stay. Cleanliness and guest comfort are extremely important to us. When a concern regarding the sheets was raised, we immediately offered a replacement during the stay, which the guest declined. The property is located within a residential community, and we do not manage public or shared areas outside the unit. No safety concerns were reported to us during the stay, and there were no incidents. We always encourage guests to reach out immediately if they feel uncomfortable so we can assist or escalate appropriately. On a last note, This is a privately owned condominium within a residential community and does not operate as a hotel. Guest support is provided directly by the host, as outlined in the listing. We’re always available to assist guests during their stay and encourage reaching out if help is needed. We’re glad you enjoyed the decor, comfort, and proximity to the parks.
