This was such a great place. Very communicative, place was extremely clean, quiet neighborhood, and plenty of room inside. Instructions were thorough. I even left something behind and they mailed it to me. Would definitely stay there again!

First off I want to give a 5star shout out to my host Sandra!! What a wonderful, kind,caring, compassionate human being!! Not just helpful but very considerate to our family during a time of crisisAs to the property itself, it is located in a nice neighborhood and was very clean! Worst VRBO We Have Ever Stayed In

If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would. We arrived to this house at 8pm on check in day, after traveling 11 hours with 2 toddlers. The house seemed to be okay but after being there for a bit we noticed ALOT of hair. In the beds, on the counters, in the washer and dryer, on the toilets, in the sinks, in the drawers, EVERWHERE. I notified the host and her reply was "House was clean brand new linen in master king and fresh linen in second bedroom.".This reply told me very quickly that this host would not help solve this problem. We left the property and found another place to stay. Within an hour, we left the property and notified the host the minute we left the property that we left due to the house being dirty. I just could not let my children stay in that house. They were already covered in hair from being in the living room. I requested just a partial refund since we had booked the house for 8 nights and the host would not do that. She offered to send a cleaner 3 days after we left the property and only after VRBO contacted her because she would not reply to our messages. The host was unhelpful and unwilling to address the situation even after I offered to send her pictures of the issues we had.

It is a very nice property in a quite neighborhood close to restaurants and the lake. Th house was spotless when I checked in and communication with the host was great.
