This spacious 6 bedroom, 5 bath home is a perfect place for a family retreat. House has 6400 square feet of living space, house is perfect for entertaining. 25 minutes from CREATION MUSEUM, and 40 minutes from ARK ENCOUNTER, 20 minutes to Perfect North Slopes, this location is peaceful, quiet, and perfect for family vacations. 20x40 inground pool in the fenced backyard. Large main floor living room, large basement entertainment area with 80 inch TV. Large bedrooms make this the perfect family getaway in the Cincinnati / Northern KY area.
The space:
6 Large Bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, 2 Large Family Rooms, front room with piano, Dining Room, Kitchen, Pool. 3 car attached garage.
Guest access
Guests who rent the house have access to the whole house and attached 3 car garage.
Other things to note
25 minutes to Creation Museum, 45 Minutes to Ark Encounter, 35-40 Minutes from Downtown Cincinnati.

Strict No Smoking Policy: No smoking, vaping, or marijuana. Take sheets/pillow cases off bed and place on floor, all used towels in tub or shower.

Wash all dishes or place in dishwasher using only 7th generation detergent (provided). Make sure counters or messes are cleaned up.

Empty all garbage and put them in the 4 large garbage cans by outbuilding. Put beach towels in laundry room. Turn off lights. Lock front deadbolt only

The house is huge and had plenty of room for our family (10 people) and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms to accommodate everyone. We loved the piano. We were there in December so we could not use the pool but it looked nice and was easily accessible. Check-in was simple and the host, Patrick, was very responsive.

The amenities were great! The house was enormous and fit everyone comfortably! The host was wonderful! Answered any questions I had while we were there. They also went above and beyond when I accidentally left a bag of unwashed clothes. They had it mailed to me in a timely fashion. That really stood out to me. As a mom of 4 children a missing bag of clothes is a huge loss. They were a superior host!

This quiet neighborhood is where we have our dream home. This home was built for a large family is set up for entertaining guests. Conveniently located in SE Indiana, 35 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, 25 minutes to the creation museum, and 45 minutes to the Ark Encounter.

This is one of the largest homes you'll find on any hosting website with 6400 square feet of living space. All the bedrooms are spacious and there are two living rooms, one on the main floor and one in the finished basement.
