アパートは12人まで収容することができます：クイーンサイズのベッドとフル/フル二段ベッドと1つの3つのベッドルームがあります。 また、11人と12人を収容するためのフロアマットレスも用意しています。 すべてのアパートメントのベッドマットレスはすべて低反発マットレスなので、おやすみなさいの睡眠はほとんど保証されています。 シャワーを浴びる時間がないように、フルバスルーム2室があります。

We loved the location on a safe street filled with great restaurants and close to the metro. The apartment was clean, spacious and as shown in pics. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen with sufficient cooking supplies and updated baths with good supply of towels. There is a steep set of stairs to get up to the single floor apartment but that was not an issue for us. My group of 5 friends had a great stay!

Great place to stay for a larger group!

Visited Montreal for the solar eclipse with some friends and found this a great spot to stay - comfortable and quiet sleeping arrangements and easily positioned for most of our adventures around the city. Would happily stay here again! The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely residence. It was very clean, generously stocked and in a perfect location. The hosts were extremely communicative, responsive and very helpful. Only caution are the tricky stairs to access. Not ideal if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. But we had my 82 year old mom along and managed fine. I am glad we stayed here and would highly recommend.

This apartment was perfect for my family of five. There was plenty of space, and the apartment was immaculate. It’s walking distance to many restaurants and cafes and we walked to Parc Mont Royal.

Perfect getaway for 2 families

Wonderful location, clean apartment with all the amenities. Near the metro. The perfect location for 2 families to meet up and enjoy all that Montreal has to offer. The hosts did a fabulous job of communicating prior to our trip and during the trip. Thank you for a really nice trip!

Ladies Trip

We chose this property for a ladies trip. It was the perfect location - shopping, restaurants and the metro station were all just minutes away by walking. Everyone in our group commented on how open and bright the apartment was. The hosts were great and very easy to deal with.

A very nice apartment for a family close to the center

The floor plan is good and the apt is spacious and full of light. The big dining area and living room gave everyone plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable. Great grocery store, wine store, and bakery were just down Rue Mon Royal. Metro very near and the system is easy and fast.

Spacious, contemporary, clean apartment in a great location. Bathrooms were spotless, kitchen had all the essentials and nothing you don’t want. Service from and communication with owners/manager was superb.

Great spot in a cute Montreal neighborhood

We had a great time here with our group! The unit was big enough for our group of 10 and an awesome outdoor patio too. The hosts are very communicative and helpful! My only issue was that it was quite warm (no AC) and some of the rooms do not have windows. With that being said, the hosts have fans in every room so if you’re comfortable with that then your stay will be fantastic!!

Thank you for your review. Please note that there are 2 A/C units of 18 000 btu in the apartment. We don't quite understand why you didn't contact us during your stay, we would have been pleased to show you how to turn on the A/C. Regarding the bedrooms, three of them have windows and the fourth bedroom has a door And large windowed double french doors, making it rather easy to open up in order to get fresh air. Yann was a very responsive host and worked closely with us to ensure all our guest needs were met. Great location near restaurants, cafes and public transit. Very clean. The ability to climb up and down stairs is necessary to access the apartment and to enjoy the spacious deck.

Beautiful 4 bedroom home in Montreal

We came here for 3 days to work in Montreal and wanted a nice quiet spot. The management was very helpful when we had noise into the night with the neighbours and after that everything was perfect. The beds are extremely comfortable and having two bathrooms is great with 4 people rushing in the morning. The decor is tasteful and the unit is really open. We loved the back patio. The area has plenty to do and see. Would definitely go back.

Great location!

Overall it was a great stay. We loved the location, it was perfect for access to restaurants, shops and transportation. Apartment was large enough to fit our group of 10ppl with no issues. Stairs up and down were a hassle and we had noisy neighbors underneath us. Those were our two complaints but nothing of real concern unless you have a health issue and cannot walk two flights in and out.

Weekend away with family

My husband and I stayed here with our 9 month old daughter and my mother. We had a lovely time and love the plateau area. The apartment is VERY spacious to relax in and the outdoor area was lovely for early evening drinks and appetizers we made in the kitchen. Super close to the convenient Mont Royal metro stop to get anywhere you need in the city. If you are coming with a baby, the stairs going up/down to the apartment are steep so bring an easy, lightweight travel stroller for sure - but it’s very doable. Would definitely stay here again

We are a couple in their thirties who have met 15 years ago working in restaurants. Being manager and waiter in that industry made us realize the importance of listening to our clients and how everything is in the details. We then found that we shared the same concerns: the quality of customer service and a real passion for Montreal!

After much discussion, we decided to pursue this to another level in the rental industry. We started with two apartments in 2011. We then continued to expand our business eversince. Now parents of two, we love running our family business and our 17 apartments. With our small yet friendly and professionnal team, we are dedicated to provide the best and responsive customer service, clean, stylish and fully-stocked locations so you can have a memorable stay in our beautiful city.
