We accommodate late check-out and early check-in requests whenever possible.

This spacious five-bedroom home sleeps 10 guests (or up to 12 with sleeper chairs and extra linens) and is designed for family fun and relaxation! The master suite has a king bed, Smart TV, and en suite bathroom. The other four bedrooms include one with a king bed, two with queen beds, and a smaller room with two twin beds. These rooms share a full bathroom with a shower. Upon request, the twin beds can be converted into a king with a twin-to-king converter set, and a Pack 'n Play can also be provided.

Outside, the yard has a screened-in, oversized private pool, a kids' swing, a basketball hoop, a charcoal BBQ, a seating area, and a dining table for eight—perfect for enjoying time outdoors.

The home is located in Winter Haven, the Water Ski Capital of the World, this home is just minutes from amazing water sports, beautiful lakes, and top attractions. LEGOLAND is only a 7 to 8 minute drive away, and Disney World and Universal Studios are less than an hour away.

How was great for our entire family. We had 11 ages ranging toddler to adults. Something for everyone to enjoy and plenty of space. Would definitely stay again. Only 5 min from legoland!

It was a good experience overall. Some complaints would be:The pool didn’t run a filter so they shock it, the chlorine was very strong. Basketball hoop wasn’t playable bc the fence was too short and ball would bounce over the fence. No dishwasher was complicated at times. Great place for a stat of 2-3 days.

Thank you for your feedback. The pool does have a filter, I’m not sure where you got the impression that it doesn’t. However, it is serviced every Friday and chemicals are added to keep the pool safe. Rain often causes a chemical imbalance that requires diligent and timely management of chemicals. Unfortunately you checked in on a service day that requires 45 mins without swimming. We take accurate reporting seriously and have noted the pool service, as well as the caution with the basketballs, and the fact that the house does not have a dishwasher upfront. This and more is also clearly informed in the new booking message so guests have the opportunity to cancel if needed.

As indicated per the VRBO internet description. Clean and comfortable. Check in was easy the communication with the host expedited the process along with the prior needs associated with the infant. The few issues we had were quickly cleared by the host along with clear and concise communication. Would stay at this property again.
