ID verification, signed rental agreement, and a $500 refundable security deposit are required prior to receiving check-in info

Check-in details sent 24 hours before arrival

❄ Winter notes:
Snow removal is done within 24 hours after major snowfalls (5 cm+). A shovel and salt are available during your stay if needed.

We apologize for the extensiveness of our house rules but they are the result of past unfortunate experiences that we wish to avoid at all costs.

The base price offered is for 6 persons. There is an extra fee for every additional person.

The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.

If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $ 70 per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.

Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
