It’s the owner not the place.
The house was nice. Tidy & in great location. The owners Grand Welcome are what took away from the stay. Pool/outdoor lights are out and other reviews show this was addressed in Feb. & they’ve still not repaired so you don’t get to fully enjoy the access to a private pool and fenced yard. The instructions didn’t clarify there were two lock coded doors and we assumed the front door was the ‘main door’ so our code didn’t work. Called for help & after giving my name was put on hold. 45 mins later we called back on another phone where a rep took all of my info and placed on hold and given instructions that didn’t work placed on hold again. Ultimately to learn the side door where there or no lights and unlit keypad was the proper door. Nearly 2 hours outside in the dark waiting to get in, no one ever came back to the line that was on hold. And as previously mentioned no outdoor lights to enjoy the pool after a long day. We nade the reservation & sent a query weeks before the trip no reply. Days before the trip we sent the query again. They offer hotel hours so we were hoping to drop our luggage some place safe. We finally got a response about early check ins cost 30 an hour. Not our question at all. The customer service of the company was not at all satisfactory. When they learned they wouldn’t get a 5 star review they did offer 50% refund on the cleaning fee.
