Located in Dauphin Island, this house is a dream. With 3 bedrooms featuring 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed with a full on bottom and twin on top, guests will have a nice and comfortable stay. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and showers for added convenience. Relaxing spaces outside with shaded areas. Games and books for entertainment. Kitchen is equipped with all of the utensils needed for cooking at home. BarBQue for outside grilling.

I highly recommend staying at Sol mate in Dauphin Island. The house is beautiful and set up well. There is a bedroom and bath downstairs on the first floor. A spiral staircase leads to the top floor with the other bedrooms and bath. The house is not a “ tiny home” per se but has the type of feel. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out over the bay. The home has a wonderful outdoor space. The home is central to everything Dauphin Island offers. The host was wonderful and communicated well and answered all of my questions right away.

We absolutely loved the house and location. We all had a great time hanging out on the back deck and fishing from the dock. House was well stocked and clean! Perfect location to view sunsets!

Island getaway

Always a wonderful time on the island. Enjoyed the beach’s and lots of fishing! We loved this house it made you feel like we were on a ship, which was amazing!

Nice view on the Mississippi sound side.We mistakenly went to the wrong house a couple of houses before the house we rented. They look similar. We couldn't get in the house (because we were at the wrong house) and contacted the owner of our rental. She was prompt in responding and helping. Long story short, she felt bad because we were waiting to have someone help us get into the house, even though it was our fault we were at the wrong house, and offered to let us stay longer. She didn't need to do that but she wanted to be sure we were happy. We were def pleased with our stay and her customer service. We will definitely be back and rent this house again! Very cute and had everything we needed.

The house was beautiful! Water at your toe tips, from the dock. We enjoyed our stay so, so much. View of the bay at sunset was gorgeous. Will definitely book again with small group.

Family vacation

The house was beautiful and we definitely plan on going back next year! Most relaxing vacation I’ve had in years! All communication with the property manager was prompt and informative. We had an awesome time at Sol-Mate!

Loved being able to fish off the dock. Checkin was easy allowed us to check in a day early, Small hiccup at checkout, but never heard back from the owner, so can only assume all is well.

Sol-Mate was absolutely our favorite of all the places we have stayed on the island. Convenient for fishing with EVERYTHING within reach. Walkways/ porches all the way around. Beach house. And a gorgeous sunset every afternoon. We did not want to leave. And will definitely be back soon. Owners were available for any questions or concerns which were only about dates for the future. No issues at all with our stay.
