Not a good experience. Got stuck in the elevator for an hour and had to call 911 for help, hard to find apartment - you have to take 2 different elevators and walk down hallways. You don’t have access to the parking garage, but have the personal garage door open (but can’t even access it). Glass found in living room under coffee table. There is no cleaning supplies for laundry or dish washer. You have contact the property management company separately to get a background check, download the app, to even check in. So many steps. You can’t communicate through the VRBO chat. You have the call the property management website to contact someone. Everything was so complicated. Other than that, the apartment was nice and beds were comfortable plus in a good area. Because of everything above, unfortunately I would not stay here again.
