Unbelievable 4 bedroom House, fully fenced in & located right Downtown in the West End near Falls Park, The Swamp Rabbit Trail, Baseball stadium, Restaurants & Shopping. Multiple porches, fire places, & fire pit to enjoy! Super comfy furniture & beds with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. Master Bedroom & Bathroom are unbelievable with fireplace in the wall, deep bath, huge closets, & walk in shower! Park & walk everywhere!

2 Parking Spots in driveway and parking on road.
2 Outdoor Patios with TV as well as Fire Pit with 6 Adirondack Chairs and fully fenced in front and back yard.
4 Bedrooms (king, 2 queen, 2 singles)
2 Living rooms

Park and Walk Everywhere downtown!
You can see the entrance to Falls Park and the Swamp Rabbit Trail from the front gate.
The Baseball Stadium is directly behind the house.
Restaurants & Shopping are not even a block away! Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a 1 time $200 pet fee!

This is a great property! The close location to downtown is perfect. We loved all the sitting areas in this house, especially the front porch. The main bedroom and bath is amazing!

Great get-away home close to Main St and Park

Our family wanted a quick 4thof July getaway in Greenville, with a pet friendly home close to town and the park. The house was conveniently located on a reasonably quiet street (people park on the street to avoid parking lot charges close to the park). Great spot to watch the fireworks at the ballpark and park without having to leave the property. The host was friendly and responsive, and we didn't run into any issues during our stay.

Great location

Houses around it are in rough shape but inside this house was very charming and just steps from an amazing park and downtown. Highly recommended

Perfect house, comfy beds, well equipped, very responsive host, GREAT location!! Master bedroom & bath were huge and beautiful! Highly recommend this house, you will not be disappointed!!

Great location, clean, good communication with the host. Very quiet neighborhood. The master bedroom, bathroom, & closet were huge. The upstairs twin & queen bedroom and 3rd bathroom are a converted attic. The area would be best for children or small adults. There are some issues with the flooring upstairs including soft & damaged flooring.

Perfect Location

Perfect location to explore Greenville. Great fenced area for dogs but we did have safety concerns for our children as stairs in home were very steep without a railing. Master suite was the homes highlight, and fully stocked with all you need for your stay.

Beautiful downstairs and an outstanding location that is an easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Host was extremely responsive to all questions. The only issue with the property was the upstairs. The staircase has no railing on one side so I wouldn’t want my kids going up it and it’s not really wide enough to go up side by side. The upstairs bathroom is also a bit too small for an adult to use.

Wonderful find next to Falls Park and all the fun in Greenville!

You have to see the primary and bathroom! Bigger than most NYC apartments. Well kept, super clean and so close to the food hall, Falls Park and more. Everyone said they’d return and our friends at the hotel for our race were jealous!

Lovely home close to downtown

Overall, very nice property. The house is spacious and worked well to host our family for a wedding. The host was responsive and helpful during our stay. Unfortunately, The stairwell does not have a railing on one side which could be hazardous to guests who may have been drinking. Also there is an extensive checkout list despite the 250 cleaning fee

That GREENVILLE!

House location excellent for Falls Park, Swamp Rabbit Trail, and all of Main St . Furniture was outstanding. Yard was perfect for our dog.
