What a perfect location. The property is very well maintained. The condo itself was in wonderful condition we had no issues. Very clean and comfortable with all of the amenities needed. The beach chairs are very nice lounge chairs that you can just take right out to the beach along with beach umbrellas that have a screw-in bass for the sand and there are plenty available including little tables so that was a very nice surprise. I can't say enough good things about this place I would recommend this location and condo 100%.

Great location and great service support

Typical VRBO, where there a bunches of extra charges, and you have to partially clean the room before checkout. Always annoying, IMO.Nice condo with great view. Beach has just been replenished, so you have lots off white sand between you and the water. Nice decoration and newer with good fittings in terms of plates, glasses, etc. Wish there were more plastic glasses for taking to the beach.Building is up and running, with lots of the area still devastated from the hurricanes. Location is the quieter north end of the beach which we much preferred (from a traffic perspective and many fewer people on the beach), however still lots of construction in the building next door, probably for a few more months, so you have that during week days.Make sure you walk to the end of the beach and then around the corner to the bay side for two completely different water experiences. We are used to a little higher quality (less scratchy) sheets on the bed, and would appreciate some spare pillows, but those are nitwit items.Elevator is really slow and broke down twice while we were there. Long timers tell us this is standard. Not optimal, but not the end of the world.if we come back to FMB, we would stay here again.

Thank you Tim for the positive review and we love that you would come back to stay with us! Thank you so very much for saying that! I am so on your side about VRBO type requests for partial cleaning (so many steps to do...). Just a couple days ago I fought hard (begged) for a drastically reduced exit process and won. When you do stay with us next time you will notice next to no steps...nice and easy! Also the construction as you mentioned will be done very soon as well (like you, we understand they need to have their building new and beautiful like us). I also asked for extra pillows for that unit...thank you so very much for letting us know! We love guests like you that share your ideas on how to improve our resort! Thank you again so very much!
