Great house

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beach house! From the noment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed-from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The layout was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group to relax both indoors and out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been visiting Destin for years, and Frangista is hands down the best. We are repeat, visitors and have now spent 3 weeks here. The location is perfect, the pool is clean, the house is beautiful, and the customer service is top notch. I accidentally sent a bunch of Amazon packages there after I went home, and their staff helped me get them sent back. They just go above and beyond all the time. Can't wait to return next year!

Convenience area to shopping, gas & restaurants

The home was very nice however don't recommend for toddlers as the steps were a problem even though we brought a gate, they needed to stay upstairs as the bedrooms downstairs were not large enough to put two sleeping type cribs. Although the property had a great living area. I did not like the open transoms over the bedroom doors as you can hear TV's on in next bedrm etc. Loved the kitchen utensils, could have left a lot of mine at home.

The house is located one street off of the extremely busy Scenic Gulf Dr., so you have all of the convenience of the location but it is on a nice quiet street. The walk to the beach is very easy. The pool across the street is great as well. The house was very comfortable and has everything you need. We are definitely coming back next year!

Perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aquaholic and can’t wait to come back. Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) fit perfectly with plenty of room to be around each other. We loved all of the dvds, board games, and Xbox. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe, with the beach being an extremely short walk around the corner. The pool is also right across the street! My favorite coffee shop is also a quick 4 minute walk, giving you a nice little morning routine. You can’t beat it.

Great House and Location

This house is in the perfect location! Very short walk to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were a great bonus! Our beach spot was reserved every day. The house was perfect for our family of 7 and an infant. The kitchen is well stocked. It had everything we needed. Beach towels are also available to use. The house was well stocked with basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish and wash soap to get us started. It was great to bring our fur baby too. The pool was just across the street and very nice. It would be great if there was a golf cart 😊. We will definitely return to this house for vacation.

We enjoyed cooling off after a day at the beach and the boys enjoyed night swimming. Also, Hector was great and took care of us. Aquaholic was very clean and very well maintained. We would definitely recommend this home for a beach vacation. We are already looking at reserving Aquaholic for next summer!

Escaped winter at Frangista Beach

Reviewer Comments: We love the Frangista Beach area and this unit is in a great location, just steps away from the beach on a quiet street, and easy walking distance to Bad *** Coffee, Pasquale’s, DQ, Pompano Joes and Alvin’s. The home has 3 full baths and bedrooms with two walk-in showers, perfect to accommodate our needs. The unit was clean and well equipped,, though it is showing signs of wear from frequent rental. The property perhaps could use a good refresh. We were also a bit frustrated that Frangista Properties does not heat the pool in the Winter, although it has a gas heater like our pool at home, but the property owners probably have no responsibility there. People come to Florida to escape Winter, but an ice cold pool takes you right back to the Cold. I guess you have to go to a cold place like Colorado to find a comfortable heated pool in the winter.

Location, location, location!!! Aquaholic was wonderful!

Wish we had a few more days. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week in Frangista Beach. The proximity to both the beach and pool was great. The house and especially the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very clean. We would love to come back and highly recommend this property. Hector was also awesome and responded quickly to any questions we had and went above and beyond with assisting our daughter on check out day. The only negative for my husband and I were the quality and number of pillows….kind of flat. Otherwise, we made lasting memories for my husband’s 60th!!

The best part is that they have beach service included in the cost, so no need to take as much to the beach each day. The only minor issue we had was that the refrigerator didn't keep the food as cold.

Spring Break Family Trip 2022

The location to both the beach and pool were fantastic. We could walk to the community pool across the street in less than a minute and no more than a 3 minute walk from front door to the beach. The beds were comfortable and great living room area for watching movies with the family. In addition we walked to a few restaurants and dozens of others were less than a 5 minute drive away. If you do plan on doing any cooking you will have to bring all the supplies - for example there wasn't any salt/pepper or coffee filters for the coffee machine. Overall a fantastic house.

There is also a walking/ bike path along the scenic highway where you can see the ocean while walking your dog. At some points there is also a boardwalk above the beach. It’s one block from a road that goes out to Rt. 98.We stayed six weeks and felt safe and comfortable.

Excellent Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'll start with the positives. The location of this house is five stars all the way. The beach access is around the corner, and the pool is across the street. You can also walk to a number of places including a local coffee shop, souvenir shop, restaurants, bars, etc. The house itself, while still very good, needs some updates/repairs. A fresh coat of paint would go a long way. All of the bathrooms could use hooks and small shelves for added storage. Many of the supplies in the kitchen should be replaced, particularly the pots and pans and cooking utensils. The second floor balcony screen has a huge hole in it. The dining table is far too large for the space, and the chairs are impractical. Most of these are easy fixes, so I'm not sure why no one has addressed them yet. Despite the comments above, the house did suit our needs well. My only other comment is that this property advertised the pool heater being turned on as of November 16th, but it didn't actually go on until November 20th. The slightly earlier heating is why we booked this property over another option. (And believe me, you NEED a pool heater to swim in November.) After a couple of days of no change in pool temperature, the management company informed us the date was pushed to the 20th. This didn't ruin our trip by any means, but it was disappointing considering we lost nearly a whole week of swimming. Overall, we had a positive experience and would book with this property management company again.

We stayed for a month and the house was very clean, close to the beach and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would highly recommend it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful home stocked with all your needs. Location , location !! A one minute walk to beach and shops and steps from community pool! We had a great time and made beautiful memories! A little walk to coffee shop, winery, souvenir shops and restaurants. Great communication with property management. We will definitely book the Aquaholic again!! Thank you!
