I have lived in the Ottawa-Gatineau area for over for over 30 years. I speak 5 languages including Spanish, Russian, Bulgarian and French. I have been to over 23 countries and I love hosting guests while I travel or while I visit family.

Boulevard Hurtubise is an amazing street along the Ottawa River. Our place is close to Costco (17mins), downtown Ottawa (25mins) and to numerous grocery stores (8-10mins). We love that we can have our own dock here. We also host lost of parties because the house is on a dead end road and the nearest neighbor is too far to hear the music.

Our property has water on the north and south side and a forest on the east side. The nearest neighbor on the west side is 300 feet away and we have 5 acres here. We have a 100 foot dock and a floating Gazebo where we love to sit and watch sunsets. We have 3 boats and 3 kayaks available for rent too. The home is surrounded by wildlife, like deer, foxes, cranes, geese, wild turkeys and many other birds. The home is a smart home with voice activated color lighting, Sonos sound system and many other smart features.
