Smoking/vaping is not allowed on the property.

Charcoal/gas grills are not allowed within 20 feet of the house structure. Charcoal/gas grills are not allowed on the decks. These are county ordinances.

Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Children should never use the hot tub with out parent/adult supervision. Pregnant women or folks with certain medical issues should avoid the hot tub.

Children should not be on the decks without parent/adult supervision.

If anything is found broken or not working or breaks or begins to not work during your stay, please tell me right away. I`ll do everything I can to repair or replace the broken item ASAP. My goal is to provide you with your best possible experience. This is easier to do when everything is working as it should. If I don`t learn about something until after you check out I can`t help make your stay the best it can be!
