Nestled inside Legends Golf Resort this condo is all you’ll need for a family vacation or golf trip.

2 spacious bedroom each with 2 Queen beds. Open living space with plenty of natural light, full kitchen with all the necessities and the pool and tennis court are right outside your door.

Just minutes from Tanger Outlets, restaurants, supermarkets, Planet Fitness gym (I know, you`re on vacation, lol) and of course GOLF!
You are also 12 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the airport.

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo sleeps 8 and is located on the gorgeous Legends Golf Resort. Legends is a gated community with 3 golf courses along with a professional golf school, 2 restaurants, and clubhouse. We are about 8 miles from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk.

This 1100 unit is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in the Turnberry Park area of Legends Resort in Myrtle Beach. There is one flight of stairs to the second floor when you first walk in.
Upstairs, There are two queen beds in each bedroom and 2 full bathrooms, TV, dressers, with a pool view, and a seating area. There is a living room and dining area with an additional TV and DVD player. The room sleeps a maximum of 8 guests. We provide all linens, towels, dishware and silverware (the kitchen comes fully equipped). There is a washer and dryer in the unit. We also offer free Wi-Fi. Guests have free access to the swimming pool and tennis courts located just steps from the unit, as well as a well renowned restaurant Ailsa Pub. There is a lighted driving range with practice putting green and bunker available as well.

The Ailsa Pub and the clubhouse offer delicious food and drink daily and are both a short walk from our unit. Myrtle Beach major attractions (501 Tanger Outlets, The Beach, Broadway at the Beach, Broadway Grand Prix, Coastal Carolina University, Publix, Kroger, Top Golf, shopping areas, etc.) are all within a 10-15 minute driving radius of the property. Some of our favorite local destinations include Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington State.

Parking for 2 cars is free on-site and there are several spots available very close to the unit. The airport is just 5-10 minutes by car as well. Non-smoking unit and no pets allowed.

This condo is on the golf course and near theme parks. Legends Golf Club is worth checking out if golf is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area`s natural beauty can explore Chapin Memorial Park and Anderson Park. Traveling with kids? Consider Myrtle Waves, or check out an event or a game at The Myrtle Beach Pelicans. Be sure to check out the area`s animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.


Age restriction’s:
I do not have an age restriction. Rules are the same for all guests. No parties or large gatherings, no loud noise between 10pm and 7am and of course respect my place.

Babies:
I have a portable crib with bassinet. If you’d like me to set it up for you, please let me know at booking or at least 3 days before arrival.

Lovely quiet neighborhood with pool and tennis court and friendly neighbors. Lots of manicured lawns for golfing. Walking trails and lots of fresh air.

Front door:
On the keypad touch the “Yale” logo. Wait a second for the keypad to light up. Touch the code then the green check ✅. Door will unlock. **the door takes a second to think. Please be patient.

To lock close door and touch “Yale” logo on keyboard.
You will notice a Ring doorbell on the door. It has a working camera and is there for safety. There are no other cameras in the condo.
Rules:
1. No Parties or large gatherings
2. No smoking
*Smoking marijuana is highly forbidden and is a hefty fine.
3. Quiet hours are between 10PM-7AM
4. 8 maximum guests
$100 replacement Pool card replacement fee
Garbage receptacles are straight outside your front door.
Towels are under the sink.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools and cookware you might possibly need. Paper towels, dish soap, and cleaning supplies are supplied. Garbage bags are under the sink.
Safety:
You can find a fire hydrant underneath the kitchen sink. Located in the welcome basket, you can find a first aid kit, flashlight, and scissors.

Beach items:
In the laundry room, I’ve supplied several beach items for your enjoyment.
Several adult size beach chairs, boogie boards, beach mat, umbrella with sand stand, beach towels, beach mat and cooler.
These are yours to use and take to the beach. Please wipe off sand prior to returning them to condo. I supply beach towels, please don’t take bath towels to the beach.

AT CHECK OUT:
1. Place used towels in a pile
2. All dishes should be washed or placed in dishwasher. Please run the dishwasher before leaving.
3. Remove all open food from fridge
*It`s a shame to waste, so if you have unopened items you don`t want to take, you may leave them for the guest
4. Throw out all trash
Double check that the door is closed and locked when departing.
