This charming cottage was formerly the village store and blacksmiths and retains many character features such as exposed beams and brick work. Spacious accommodation with modern amenities and a log burning stove. Large rear garden offers privacy and a driveway with off road parking and sun trap patio. Excellent transport links into London, proximity to Luton Airport and 20 minute drive from Harry Potter Studios. Surrounded by countryside for lovely dog walks with cosy village pubs along the way.

We originally hailed from different parts of the globe (Inner Hebrides and Australia) and met and raised our children in London initially before moving to our ‘dream home’ in Lower Woodside.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
We brought up two boys in the house and it was important to us that they had ample garden space and a house they could run around in and enjoy. The location is the best of both worlds in providing peace and quiet yet only a short drive away from the airport, train station into Central London and the city of St Albans.
この宿泊施設の特徴
There are very few houses left like this and it has been important to us that we continue its upkeep in the most sympathetic way ensuring any renovations are always in keeping with the character of the house and care is taken to preserve its integrity.
