WATERFRONT DETACHED HOME IN SOUTH OCEAN PINES, BOAT DOCK AND LIFT AVAILABLE. *****
Large, beautiful waterfront home in quiet neighborhood. 5BR/3.5 BATH, 3-story home with large living, dining areas and updated appliances. Wood burning fireplace for those cool spring and fall evenings. Spacious enclosed porch overlooking the canal with plenty of seating. Dock area to dock your boat or feed the ducks. Driveway holds 4- cars. Ocean Pines has 5 pools and plenty of activities. This rental does not come with pool passes or parking permits for the Beach Club parking lot in Ocean City, but they can be purchased for daily or weekly use. You can visit Oceanpines.org to get more info. This is a smoke free and pet free property.

Linen Concierge Service - Bed linens, bath towels and bath mats, kitchen towel set, beds made. Beach Towels NOT included, please bring your own.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Nice place. Easy check in.

Nice house to stay at for a vacation. Place was clean and had everything that a family needs in a house. One negative on it is that it needs some maintenance, electrical, doors, kitchen. Its all very outdated. But in all my family and myself would stay here again.

OP wedding

The house was comfortable and well supplied. There were a few maintenance issues. The deck or outside had absolutely no water hook up. Therefore, unable to really use the outside or rinse sand from being at the beach. The deck entering the house was in bad shape, the railings were loose and paver leading to entrance raised. This is a trip hazard. The shower head in the master bathroom sprayed over the top of the shower door.

Spacious and comfortable

Overall we were satisfied with the home and the amount of space it offered. We were 3 separate families and each had enough room and privacy. We were somewhat disappointed with the kitchen and appliances. The kitchen was nicely and sufficiently stocked with dinnerware but all the appliances were in much need of updates. We made a call to Vacasa because at the end of our first day, nothing we put in the refrigerator was cold. We took everything out and put everything in coolers with ice in order to not lose our groceries. Vacasa called back the next day, by which time the fridge was working / at a proper temp. We would rent this property again but would hope there will be some updates to the appliances in the near future.

Nice house, Needs Updates/Better Customer Service

Despite a few issues on the first day, this house ended up being a good fit for our three families. It’s spacious- the downstairs 2 bedroom suite is private and great for family with small kids. The screened porch was a nice extra hang out area and the location on the canal is pretty. There were several big issues when we arrived however (that were eventually resolved). The TV wasn’t working, WiFi password they supplied was wrong, no bath towels, and none of the beds had sheets (nor were there any in closets) which meant we slept on our beach towels the first night. Pretty awful first impression. Vacasa did end up delivering linens the next morning, but we had to make our own beds which was an inconvenience. The Vacasa starter kits are very stingy- they include 2 trash bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 small bar soaps (for 4 bathrooms) and one paper towel roll. Having at least a roll of toilet paper and bar of soap in each bathroom would be so easy for Vacasa to provide and it felt like cheap customer service. Overall, we would stay here again, but the price is high for a house that has not been updated in decades- all appliances are 30+ years old. Vacasa and/or the owners could give this house a bit more care and then the reviews would get better since it has potential. For now it’s a 3.5 out of 5 star house for the price. My 4 star review doesn’t include problems on first day that would have brought it down to a 2, but those are Vacasa issues, not house issues.
