Refinished oak floors run throughout the main floor. The basement features a tile floor. With amenities like central AC & Heat, a washer & dryer, fully furnished kitchen, Dish Network TV, and a pool table, guests will feel right at home. The newly remodeled bathroom offers a large walk-in shower. Extra pillows, blankets, towels, and washcloths are provided. **There is no WiFi but cell reception is good for most major carriers.**

Start or end your day watching the sun rise and set in the Kansas countryside. See a deer, quail, or pheasant from the stone porch in this tranquil location. On a clear Kansas night, the property has excellent star gazing opportunities. Located 1/2 mile off pavement on a gravel rock road, visitors are 8 miles from Beloit, KS or 24 miles from Concordia, KS, both of which have amenities such as groceries, gas, and restaurants.

Please NO PETS are allowed in the house. There is room for a kennel on the south and west facing outdoor stone porch and a large unfenced yard. Pets are the sole responsibility of the guest staying at the farmhouse.
