Palm Pointe Villa is a peaceful retreat steps from Smith Cove, known for its excellent snorkeling. It's conveniently situated near Grand Olde House and the popular Sunset House, ideal for enjoying stunning sunsets. Historic George Town is a quick 5-minute drive, and Seven Mile Beach is less than 10 minutes away by car.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with an ensuite. The sunlit main floor creates a relaxing atmosphere and opens to a fully fenced, private garden with palm and coconut trees.

The space

At Palm Pointe Villa, you’ll find a spacious and inviting living space designed for your comfort. Upstairs, you will find two large bedrooms each with an ensuite. Additional accommodations are easily arranged with two twin mattresses stored under the bed.

The main floor is filled with sunlight pouring in through numerous windows, creating a warm and welcoming space. H Here you will find the 3rd bedroom with its own ensuite. Step outside to discover a fully fenced garden surrounded by palm and coconut trees—a tranquil oasis. Here, you can enjoy al fresco dining at the table for six, sheltered by a large patio umbrella. It’s the perfect spot for sipping morning coffee or winding down with a drink under the stars.

The Kitchen is fully stocked to allow you to cook up a feast and has an additional wine fridge to keep your beverages cold.

Spare linens can be found in the bedroom closets. Spare towels can be found in the upstairs linen closet.
Guest access
Guest will gain entry to the property using a keypad on the front door.

The entire house is available for your use, except for one locked room on the main floor, which is used for storage.
