Unit was exactly as described with ample offerings to ideally accommodate our family of 4. Can’t beat the location and direct access to the beach. This was undoubtedly a genius find and thankful for Mikki being a great host? We long to return one day !

Excellent communication before, during, and after our stay. So many extras, from pool and beach toys to fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Perfectly situated on Seven Mile Beach and at the pedestrian access to Camana Bay. Climate control in all rooms, plenty of hot water for showers, so many entertainment options (TV, DVDs, books, board games). Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Grand Cayman.

This property is older but the condo is in excellent shape and clean and neat. The air conditioning is perfect. It’s literally steps out to the beach and is very convenient to Camana Bay shopping and dining. The owner was super responsive to my inquiries both before and during the trip. The unit has decks in both front and back so you can be in sun or shade as you wish. You walk for several miles to the right as you look towards the ocean (we had to go to the street to the next beach access a few times at high tide/big waves; but could just wade around the first point most of the time and thereafter the beach is wide. This place is as-advertised and we enjoyed it.

The cleaning crew was still onsite when we arrived as we arrived prior to check in. they were extremely friendly and welcoming. They gave us a few ideas on where to go while we waited for them to finish up. They left the place immaculate. The condo was comfortable and welcoming. The location was great while not being in the center of the beach where it was more crowded. For the money, this condo was the best value for those on a budget. It was clean, safe and we felt we had our own private beach.

Wonderful stay

We had a great week in Grand Cayman calling Island Pine Villa 32 our home. Great central location. Condo is steps away from the beach and kids loved having a pool as well as the ocean to play in. Condo was as described, had everything we needed!

We had a great stay at this villa. Communication was excellent all the way from planning, to during our stay. The villa is in a perfect location with access to so many resteraunts and shopping just a short walk away. Camana Bay plaza is a short walk over a nice and safe path away from traffic. The villa has everything you need to enjoy the beach. There are beach towels, coolers, chairs, umbrellas at the residence.The rooms are big and beds were very comfortable. There are tv's in every room with local cable providing many channels and local information. There are two balconies which were very nice to sit and enjoy the weather. The kichen is fully supplied with dishes, dishwasher, coffee makers drip and keurig. There is a washer and dryer which was convenient. The air conditioner works great and ceiling fans in bedrooms and living area. The property is very nice and well maintained. The pool is very nice, quiet and provides both good sun and shade. The beach at the property is very nice and clean. Plenty of sand to find a spot for setting up chairs. We would definitely rent this location again and would recommend to friends and family. Perfect location and very clean villa property in great location.

Great retreat with lovely beach

We really enjoyed our time on Seven Mile Beach at this property. It's a great location to shops and restaurants and the walkway to Camana Bay was really pleasant and easy. And of course the beautiful beach. We loved it and were sad to leave.

Wonderful

We had the best time. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, beach cooler, etc.we enjoyed the most incredible sunsets and water was calm and crystal clear. Checking in and checking out was a breeze and the host was always easy to contact.the kids really enjoyed staying in the loft (secret room). We are looking forward to returning thank you!

Great family vacation!

Our family of 5 loved staying at this property. Just steps from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk, the location is great. The condo has all you need to enjoy the beach or the pool. My 9 and 11 year old loved the upstairs room, it was just their size. Everything was comfortable and clean. The host was very communicative and helpful. We would certainly come back!

Wonderful and well located condo!

Our host was wonderful and very communicative! Location is excellent and right on the beach with restaurants and grocery store/shopping at walking distance. Condo is very nice and clean! Highly recommend this location! Our family of 4 had a wonderful time!

Relaxed on the Beach

The property was easy to find and convenient for the transfer of luggage from the cab we'd taken at the airport. It was exactly as depicted in the photos and according to the information I received in answer to my questions. All communications, both prior and during our stay were clear and prompt. Being directly on the beach was fantastic, and it was only a short walk to restaurants and or a great grocery store, Foster's. We plan to return.

Beachfront, clean, central, as advertised.

Super clean unit with great quiet section of the beach. Easy access to restaurants, and all the amenities of seven mile beach. We did a mix of relaxing and scuba excursions on the trip and the place was perfect.

Amazing!!!

This place was perfect!! It was well equipped for everything you will need for the beach and for your stay. The location is so convenient, walkable restaurants and shopping nearby! Best part is the pool and beach, it was pretty quiet during our entire stay so it felt very private. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Our family has been traveling to the Cayman Islands for years. We love the courteous people and the wide array of activities. The beach is the best we've ever visited. Our last visit, we were wading with a school of angel fish! Our son is completely spoiled having learned to swim and snorkel in the waters of Cayman! Swimming in the ocean of the northeastern US is not the same! We're fortunate to now have a place we can call home in Grand Cayman.

We chose this unit at Island Pines Villas because it offers the best of everything — comfort, location, and thoughtful features you won’t find in many other rentals on Seven Mile Beach.
Located in a small, complex, our condo is one of the few that recycles and uses solar heating for the pool — which means the water is always warm and eco-friendly! There’s no need to walk through a hotel lobby — just grab your towel and be on the beach in under 2 minutes.
We recently enclosed the loft and added a second full bathroom, turning it into a true 2-bedroom, 2-bath layout with privacy for everyone. The sloped ceiling in the loft adds character, and even without windows, it's a cozy and comfortable space. Perfect for families or groups!
The location is prime — on a sandy pocket of Seven Mile Beach, far from the rocky “iron shore” areas closer to George Town. You can walk to Camana Bay in minutes for shopping, restaurants, or even a movie — no rental car needed.
Need to work while you're here? No problem. Our dedicated internet is exclusive to our unit, so you’ll enjoy a strong, private connection — perfect for remote work or streaming.
Now that the unit is fully renovated, it truly feels like home for us — and we’re excited to share it with guests who will appreciate the same comforts and conveniences.

We’ve enclosed the loft bedroom and added a second full bathroom, creating two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The loft features a cozy sloped ceiling and no windows, but it’s fully enclosed for comfort and privacy — perfect for kids, teens, or extra guests.
We’re proud to offer this added space as an amenity — meaning you don’t pay extra for the convenience of a second bathroom and increased privacy.
And for added peace of mind, our condo has both a local property manager and an onsite manager at Island Pines Villas, which is not common in most area rentals.
