Bedroom 1: The master bedroom upstairs, is equipped with a king bed, a stunning glass custom tiled shower in-suite, and a vaulted exposed timber frame ceiling. A private office is across the hall with a fold-out desk.
Bedroom 2: On the first floor - queen bed.
Bedroom 3: In the walk-out lower level downstairs, another king bed.
Sleeper Sofa: In the walk-out lower level downstairs, a queen sleeper bed.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, 8-stool island bar, gas range cooktop and oven, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Cuisinart single serve K cup coffeemaker, and also a 4 cup drip coffeemaker but not visible in photos & stored in cupboard, slow cooker, cooking basics, dishware, utensils.

LIVING ROOM: Equipped with multiple seating spots, couch and chairs, and TV.

INDOOR LIVING: Multiple furnished living areas, comfy couch, flat-screen Smart TVs (Fire TV & Roku) , beautiful island bar dining & seating for 8. Lots of space to spread out.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Across the street and down a neat wooden staircase is the private lake access equipped with a wonderful aluminum dock and kayaks. This dock and private cove is shared with one other listing that we rent, the other listing is on the other side of the lake but they also may access the dock and kayaks. A campfire pit with Adirondack chairs is available at the house, please bring your own firewood. Grill and relax in the patio furniture on the deck.

PARKING: Large paved driveway (4 vehicles). The driveway is steep but paved and does not require any all-wheel drive.

ACCESSIBILITY: To enter the breezeway from outside requires a step up and then from the breezeway to the hallway of the house is a single step up. From there, the kitchen, dining room, living room, one of the bathrooms, and one of the bedrooms is accessible, as well as the deck. The master bedroom is up a set of stairs on the 2nd floor, and the 3rd bedroom and sleeper sofa is downstairs in the walkout lower level.
