Oak Creek stay

The cabin and outside area was great. We enjoyed it enough that we extended our stay. The only disappointment was we did not find any nearby creek access.

Perfect short getaway

This property is well maintained and in a perfect location for a relaxing getaway. I was able to walk right across the street for some creek side adventures with my kids and dog. Each night we could shower and be dining on a dog friendly patio in downtown Sedona in ten minutes. The staff was available to answer any and all questions within minutes through text and people were friendly and helpful.

The property has issues with the water. The water was determined to be unsafe to drink. The management provided bottled water. The worst was on the morning of our last day there was no water at all. We could not take a shower, wash dishes or flush the toilet. We left very disappointed

Great place for a Sedona vacation

The place was very clean and comfortable. The property owner was very quick to respond to questions. The property is only 15 minutes from the heart of town and located in a nice quiet location. I will definitively take this property into consideration next time we visit Sedona. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience!

This is the perfect spot to be central to trails as well as a short drive to food and supplies. We were expecting more canyon access, but it’s a very rocky creek bed and not a place to explore the creek side easily. It’s a very basic kitchen , with no ability to cook outside of a microwave, which was fine with us .we were expecting a back patio with this unit , only because I looked at some others that had them, so we were a bit disappointed we didn’t have one .

very disappointing

This was a series of bad communication, extra work to stay (legal documents), and overall horrible expectations management. The final straw was a last minute notice that you cant drink the water and they knew weeks in advance and only told us an hour after we had checked in. The cleaning product smell was so strong we could not be in the space for 2 hours until we had aired it out. A blanket we were told was on its way and never arrived. The location is beautiful but the hassle was totally inconsiderate and at times borderline devious. When asked for a refund or discount they were strong on empathy but without action.

Not Quite What's Advertised

Let me first start this by saying I communicated, after our stay, the issues I had with the property but did not receive a response. 1. We stayed in Cabin 2; the shower floor drain was broken and it was like walking on Lego's to take a shower. 2. The Floor is so horribly unlevel that you can stand in the room and see how bad it is. You'll sleep with your head below your feet. In the middle of the room you can feel the heat from the water pipe as they are so close to the flooring underneath. 3. The picture does not show this accurately, but there are lots of stairs everywhere with no ADA access. 4. You will not see the picture displayed while you are there. This is a drone shot from high above, and across the highway. Sedona was fantastic, I'm glad I only stayed in the cabin at night; if I would have had to stay there more than just the evenings I would have been extremely disappointed. Instead I just won't refer anyone to this property and wished that these items had been addressed in my email to the property manager afterwards, but was not.

North of all the tourism

About 15 minutes north of what most visitors consider the main shopping area. Very quaint with a beautiful man made waterfall. Super close to slide rock and a creek across the street.

Spring Break in Sedona

We were so excited for our trip. It had been our first time to Sedona and we had no idea what to expect. Our little cabin was perfect for the 3 of us. It was close enough to uptown Sedona for us to get to quickly but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchenette was good for preparing small meals which again was perfect for us. I would definitely recommend it to someone else!

Perfect Weekend Getaway For Two

I had to work in Sedona for the weekend and decided to make it a small getaway for my husband and I. This was the perfect location just outside of Sedona that allowed for privacy and easier access to the main road. The cabin was very clean and it was more than enough for our short stay. The staff was very responsive and friendly as well!!!

Great Place to Stay!

My husband and I celebrated our 3 year wedding anniversary here and it was very fun! Its a cute little place that is secluded but not far from stores and food. The location is awesome and we loved their little garden area with a waterfall. We walked across the street and followed the path down to Oak Creek which was fun. Very relaxing!

Sedona Gem

Destination at Oak Creek is truly a gem tucked away in the canyon. The rooms are newly refurbished, clean, and super comfortable and the views are absolutely amazing! We also appreciated the quick response from the property manager regarding an electrical outage (street-wide) that occurred during our stay. We for sure will stay here again and highly recommend Destination at Oak Creek to anyone looking for a quite, reasonable stay in Sedona.

Remote stay in Sedona

Our stay was great - the space was as described, with a smooth check in / out process. We admittedly didn't spend a ton of time indoors given all of the outdoor adventures that Sedona has to offer. Recommend!

We were grateful for the opportunity to stay within the canyon at Destination Oak Creek. The area is a hikers wonderland. The cabins are filled with history and are updated to offer a great mixture of the original and the convenient. Everything was Perfect!

Great stay, but a little odd

The property and cabins were very nice and quiet. Very romantic for my girlfriend and I. But it was odd that there was almost no communication between us and the property owners. Not that it was a bad thing, but it was strange that there was no one on site to speak with if we needed anything. Overall it was a great stay, but I think it would be better if there was some way to talk to the owners.
