Located in the heart of Historic Salem is this charming Townhouse style 1 bedroom unit with parking and outdoor space is hard to beat. Just minutes from some of Salem’s most popular Historic sites such as Salem Witch Museum, House of 7 Gables, and Ghost Tours. Salem has become a year round destination with boat tours, outdoor dining, restaurants and nightlife and only 15 minutes from some of the North Shore’s most beautiful beaches. Only 30 minute drive from Boston w/easy access to public transportation such as the commuter rail station which is only 5 mins from the property.

☆☆ FIRST FLOOR ☆☆
Step into this cute condo and you're greeted by a large living room on your left, with a pull out couch and a Smart TV. This space also has great views of the beautiful and bustling commons of Salem. Make your way into the full kitchen, equipped with everything you need for cooking, and a great breakfast bar with 4 stools. Off of the kitchen you can also find a half bathroom with a washer and dryer.

☆☆ SECOND FLOOR ☆☆
Climb the stairs to the second floor, where you will find the lovely main bedroom. This space has a queen size bed and full closet for storage. The closet “dressing room” area in the hallway has ample space for all of your belongings, and located right off of it is the full bathroom for convenience when getting ready. The full bathroom has a stand up tiled shower and a large countertop.

☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆
Outside you can find a fenced in backyard with a bistro table for two and a bench. Please note that this yard is shared with other units.

Great location!!! Walkable to everything Salem has to offer. We did a 2 night stay at this lovely apartment. Everything was very clean, safe neighborhood, and awesome host who answers very promptly to any questions. Also loved the Scarlet Letter theme!! Would definitely stay here again!!

This property is centrally located in Salem right next to a very historic park and all of the activities that the city has to offer. It is a beautiful area to walk the streets nearby where most of the houses range from the 16 and 1700s. Also, the Peabody museum is nearby with many other attractions. The city of Boston can be reached via train or by ferry. And the restaurants are excellent and within walking distance. The greatest advantage of this property is that you don’t need to drive anywhere to see most of what is available in the area.

Fantastic location with the perfect blend of old and new

We loved being able to walk to all the major tourist spots, and having guaranteed parking was a huge bonus. The remodel was beautifully done—modern upgrades throughout while still preserving the charm and character of the original home. A great place to stay if you want both convenience and style.

Wonderful

Booked for our 10 year anniversary. Great local to local attractions and shops. The house was clean and beautiful. Loved all of the old details in the home. Neighbor was friendly and helpful. Host was so helpful with any questions and concerns. Will definitely book agan and recommend to friends and family.

Great location in Salem!

We had a wonderful weekend in Salem, greatly thanks to the location of this property. A cute and quirky spot with fun wallpaper, a nice kitchen, space to relax downstairs and a beautiful bedroom upstairs. Walking distance to all the spots we wanted to see, restaurants, and shops, and next to a cute playground. Our host Rachel was easy to communicate with, and prompt with responding to any questions we had.

This was my second visit to Salem in a decade. Location can’t be beat. My Spouse and I, were absolutely in love with the walkability historic Salem charm. The unit we rented and common spaces were quiet, the atmosphere was cozy, and artful. Truly a well maintained historical home.This was my first Vrbo experience and it was ARachel, did a fantastic job communicating. We had everything we needed and more. 100% would choose this unit again, it doesn’t get any better if you want to be in the historic hub.Thank you so much Rachel!
