An ideally located home base for your Tucson adventures, this spacious and well-appointed 2,000 square foot 4-bedroom/ 2 bathroom house is in the heart of Tucson. Dozens of restaurants in walking distance, a 5 minute walk to University of Arizona and Banner, 10 min drive to downtown, Tucson Convention Center, the Botanical Gardens and zoo, and 15 min drive to countless hiking and biking trails, golf courses, and outdoor sports. Living room has two comfortable sofabeds and a 65” 4K Roku TV with complimentary Netflix and cable (Sling), perfect for catching the game or a movie. The inviting bedrooms feature pillowtop mattresses to ensure a great night’s sleep . Modern kitchen is fully-stocked with stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher) and all you need to cook anything from breakfast to Thanksgiving dinner. Additional amenities include in-suite washer/dryer, complimentary coffee and tea, and dedicated off-street parking.

Fantastic, well-located 4 bedroom in Tucson with fantastic hosts

I almost never write reviews, but my 5 day stay at this VRBO was truly fantastic. The home itself was awesome, having great amenities, being super clean and perfectly located for our visit to the University of Arizona with my daughter, wife, mother in law and sister in law. What has me writing the review though is how great the hosts, Casey and Victoria, were. From arranging an early check-in on short notice, to shipping me an item I left in the bedroom and not charging me for that, every interaction with them felt like I was working with a friend or family member, and not a host I'd never before met. Enjoy this wonderful pad on your next trip!

Perfect for family

Great stay! Communication was wonderful at all times, the house was extremely clean, and we were very comfortable. There were two small pots and two small pans, and other supplies were missing (no strainer for pasta), so it was a challenge to cook full family meals, but we were able to make do. Overall, we really liked the house and would stay here again.

Very comfortable stay

The house is well appointed, with new, very comfortable beds, two full bathrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect for us as well. The owners were very pleasant and helpful, and even the next-door neighbor was friendly. We would definitely return.

Excellent Location & Practical Amenities

My family gathered in Tucson for thanksgiving from different parts of the country. Everyone had a great time catching up. Prepping of thanksgiving meals went well in the spacious and well outfitted kitchen. The bedrooms allowed for seclusion when breaks from the group were needed :) Will definitely consider this for future family get togethers if available. Loved the property's central location in terms of proximity to family adventure destinations.
