We were not sure how much space there was going to be. But we were pleasantly surprised. A lot of room for my son and his friends. The pool was amazing and our guests all had an amazing time. The game room was a big hit. Lots of things to do. We would definitely rent this home again.

The house was very clean and so spacious. The outside space and amenities were perfect and where we spent most of our time. Perfect for the bachelorette trip we had planned there for the weekend. The hosts were very communicative and welcoming. Would stay here again! 10/10

Overall a great place to have a family vacation. The game room kept the kids very happy as well as the pool. One thing to note is that the bunk room is separate from the main house. If there had not been an additional bedroom there, our young children would not have been able to use it. We very much enjoyed the view from the patio. Would consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was absolutely beautiful with a view and pool/hot tub that can’t be beat. The kitchen had everything we needed. And honestly, the whole house and outdoor area had everything you could need. All of the sleeping area options were perfect for our family. The game room was so fun to hang out in. We hope to make this our annual family trip destination!

This was our second time staying at this property. It's a perfect layout for our group, which consists of a mix of 16 kids and adults. A great back house for the kids, one story, great pool to kitchen access. It might sound silly, but the commercial ice machine is such a selling point and so convenient - it will spoil you! Great communication with host. Convenient location to HEB for our multiple grocery runs.

Everything was perfect!!! The host was very responsive to all our questions and very accommodating. We had a large family reunion here and everyone had plenty of space and so much fun with the pool, lake, and game room! Would definitely come back!!!!!

We have stayed at this house now three years in a row. Property is always immaculate. Few minor problems this year, but they were taken care of swiftly no big deal. highly recommend this property fantastic place to hang out by the lake. We will be back next year.

This was our 5th time staying here, and I honestly don’t think we’ll ever get tired of coming back. Every time we pull up, it just feels like home.We stayed for four days this time and, like always, made SO many priceless, unforgettable memories. Lots of laughs, lake time, late nights, good food, and just being together. This place has everything you need. That’s what makes this place so special to us. It’s not just a lake house we rent anymore — it’s a place that has become part of our family memories and somewhere we genuinely look forward to coming back to every time.Four days never feels long enough, and leaving is always the worst part! Our family of 14 had a great time at Summer Breeze! There was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and is very neatly organized. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was good quality from the outdoor furniture to the games in the gameroom and linens and bedding. Property managers were very responsive to texts as well as emails. We have traveled to many VRBO's and this is the only one that has surpassed every expectation that we had. Highly recommend!
