The Cedar Studio is designed to provide a comfortable and functional space for up to 4 guests:

Kitchenette: Includes a coffee maker, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and toaster oven/air fryer, perfect for preparing light snacks.

Please Note: Cedar shares a wall with the adjacent Pine Studio, and some noise may be heard between the units.

Provided Items:
Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels (please bring your own beach towels).
A starter pack of essentials, including 2-3 rolls of toilet paper, 1-2 rolls of paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and 2-3 garbage bags.
1 travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, and makeup remover towels.
Pantry Items: Due to health and safety guidelines, all pantry items are removed between guests. Please bring your own cooking essentials, such as oil, spices, and sugar.
Fire Pit: Guests must bring their own firewood for the fire pit.

Things to Note
The yard and fire pit may be shared with guests staying in the Pine Studio and main house.
Parking: Cedar Studio guests have access to parking for 1 car.
No smoking or pets are allowed.
The loft in Cedar is not for guest use. Please do not climb, remove, or move the ladder.

Security Cameras: Outdoor cameras are installed for guest and property security. They operate 24/7 with motion detection and audio/video recording.

Please Note: Contact us if you’re interested in booking the entire property, which includes Pine Studio and the main house, accommodating up to 10 guests. This is a perfect option for family reunions or group getaways!

A signed rental agreement and refundable security deposit are required prior to check-in.

To preserve the peaceful ambiance, loud parties and events are not allowed.
