With a king bed, a queen bed, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, this place is perfect for a small group of guests.
The two bathrooms offer a shower and a bathtub, along with other amenities to make you feel right at home. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

The Guardian tower is centrally located in Calgary's beltline district, minutes away from the Stampede Grounds by foot.

3rd bed available is a pull-out sofa in the living room, sleeps 2. Ideal for families with children, or adults who are not very tall.

The parking spot is 228 cm (90 inches) wide, suitable for most cars, and regular-sized SUVs. Cargo vans, trucks or larger vehicles will not be able to park easily.

Decibel monitor located in the kitchen / living room space, to address potential noise complaints from neighbors, or loud unauthorized parties. No audio or conversations are recorded, only the loudness in the suite.
No interior video recording devices are present, in compliance with VRBO policy.

The location was central to everything I needed. Lots of opportunity to walk around and do tourism for my cousins from out of country.The apartment was clean and tidy. Our host was kind and informative. Parking was easy to find both on the street and in the assigned parking stall. Check in and check out process was really easy. Some warnings - not complaints.The parking spot is tight - with my truck I was 2 inches from touching the stone support pillar and my tires were still on the opposite yellow line. A smaller vehicle will do better!Perhaps it's because I am not from the city but the intersection below the apartment was a loud gong show until midnight each evening, kind of annoying.

Great Location, communication was good, and easy to walk to most things in 15 minutes. Rooms were clean and equipped with what you would need for a comfortable home away from home.Only challenge for the weekend was the patience we needed for the elevators. Give yourself a little extra time when coming and going.

Great location. Easy to get out of downtown and close to everything we needed. Condo was exactly as describe and had everything we needed. Owners were great at communicating.

A get away made easy

Had a great stay in downtown Calgary. Hosts were very responsive and made our experience easy. Unit had everything we needed. Restaurants close by, really good gym on site, walking distance to Saddle Dome. Being downtown there is lots of light pollution so recommend sleeping masks other than that it was all we needed for a great get away.

Clean, well furnished apartment

Comfortable and clean unit centrally located for our hockey trip. Good coffee shop around the corner and easy walk to the Saddledome. Hosts were communicative and easy to work with.
