Great place to stay after a float trip. AC worked great, the beds were very comfy, great bathroom w/ shower, everything was clean.The owner communicates very well, told us local places to eat at which were very good.There's a creek, thats like a 5 minute drive away also thats a great place to relax.

The stars.

This is the spot. Close to many parks and river spots. Janet is the best. The place was clean,accommodating, and we had a great time!Its so dark out there, good time to lay on yhe deck and look at the stars.

1. When I arrived, there were a large number of flies, many dead on the floor but many alive. My body count was 17 the first night, it never really stopped. I could not figure out how they were getting in. I'm a country boy and expect some lady bugs and flies but really? Everything else was clean and orderly. Everything needed was there.2. I never did get the door lock to work. A key was provided to assist.

I’m so sorry are cabin did not meet your expectations. The cabin was cleaned the day before your arrival and guest was there over the weekend. There was no other complaints or flies found on inspection before your arrival. As for he lock our system shows you entering the wrong code on several attempts, however after we furnished the key it never shows another attempt.

Amazing stay!

This was an amazing getaway for me. Everything i needed was there. Very clean and cute. Well supplied. The owner was the best sending someone out to pull me out of snow. I will be staying again.

Finding the place was a challenge, our flight was delayed so by the time we got there it was dark and hard to figure out if we were in the right place. Someone to greet us and explain things would have made a big difference. The second bedroom was basically not usable, the ladder was very sketchy and the corrugated metal ceiling had sharp edges and was so close to the bed that it was dangerous so I ended up sleeping on the folding sofa bed which was not very comfortable for a 63 year old person. On a lighter note, we enjoyed our stay once we got settled in.

I’m so sorry you had trouble locating the cabin, we did not receive any phone calls you were lost. The ladder is a sturdy ladder and mentioned in the app. Most travelers prefer to utilize the Vrbo to avoid face to face and maintaining privacy not found in your typical hotel setting. Our little town of Licking has several options for hotels located in town.
