Welcome to C-Lo's Crossing in Salisbury’s Historic District! Our 2024 home is steps from downtown, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, local attractions, and just minutes from the NC Transportation Museum. The train tracks are nearby, adding to the area’s charm. Enjoy a spacious open floor plan, high-speed fiber internet, and all linens included. Family-friendly with comforts like a high chair and pack & play. Experience the best of historic Salisbury—book your stay today!

HOME DETAILS AND AMENITIES
There is enough room for a group of 6 with 1176 square feet of living space.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped with many appliances (crock pot, toaster, blender etc.), utensils, plates, cups, pots, pans, coffee maker (nespresso and full pot brew). We provide a starter pack for each guest to help kick off their stay.

LAUNDRY/MUDROOM
The spacious laundry and mudroom allows for plenty of space to store your shoes and do laundry. The laundry is a top load washer and front load dryer. We will provide starter pods and starter dryer sheets.

LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM

The living and dining room are connected to the kitchen. You will find seating for 6 at the dining table. The living room has plenty of seating and a smart TV. We provide a Firestick.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 (near laundry room): Primary, King size bed, dresser, mirror, walk in closet.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, dresser/desk.
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, dresser.

Our front porch is perfect for watching sunsets with sounds of the historic district passing by.

PARKING
This is a private stand alone home. There are two available spots in the driveway and one on the street in front of our home.

WHAT YOU MAY NOT LOVE
- This home is truly in the historic district of Salisbury. There are train tracks just a block away that you will be able to hear periodically throughout the day, while we love the sound, it may be disruptive to some.
- The house next door is under construction as part of the neighborhood’s ongoing revitalization. While the exterior is unfinished, the area is consistently safe, and we’ve ensured our home is secure and welcoming for your stay.

The house was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in Salisbury. It was close to restaurants, shopping, and the interstate. It was well stocked with everything that you would need for a short trip. There were a lot of trains going by but you get used to it. Overall, the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would stay here again when in the area. The hosts were friendly and responsive and created a welcoming atmosphere.

We were in town for a Thomas and Percy Train/museum event. Everyone at the museum area was nice. II didn’t do five stars as there were several times vehicles stopped out front while my Family sat on the front porch watching for Trains. We missed out on not having chair cushions, I believe those should have been accessible for us to use. The Host was very fast in communications.

Home was immaculate, had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Everything was in good working order from the toaster to lights to security. Beds were comfortable, clean and up to date. The porch was enjoyable for evening and morning use. Neighbors were super friendly and so were the townfolk. The location was convenient and central to anywhere in and around Salisbury. The hosts communicated clearly, were accommodating and responsive. Glad we chose this VRBO!

Chris and Grace’s place was absolutely spotless, no hair, no dust, just perfectly clean throughout. Their home truly feels like a model home, beautifully designed and very welcoming. The property is in a great location, right in downtown Salisbury and close to everything. Chris and Grace were wonderful hosts and even left thoughtful gifts for my daughter since we were dropping her off at college, which meant so much to us. The care they put into creating this space is clear, and it really felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We were in town for a family visit and reunion. It was my husband and I, our two kids, and my mother. I picked this property for several reasons: 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs, open floor plan, modern, and few steps at the front entrance so my mother would navigate easily. This did not disappoint! It was clean, modern, and included things we didn’t even think about! This was out first time in a VRBO, so we didn’t know what to expect. Chris and Grace were SO responsive and welcoming! They provided a welcome bag, toiletries on case were forgot something, and had everything labeled with instructions for use (washer/dryer, dish washer, etc). The rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable memory foam, and good pillows! All the kitchen essentials were there and it really felt like home away from home! We all even came back with suitcases full of clean clothes because we had everything we needed to wash while there. It was great! And we would definitely stay there again.

Every attention to detail...

The hosts of this home have thought of everything and have worked meticulously to provide all that could be needed. The home is clean and comfortable. The beds and linens are cozy and the all the extras were a great touch (labeled switches and directions for operating all appliances, welcome basket, and extra toiletries). As described in the house description, there is a train nearby and it is quite active, but it didn't bother us and did not disrupt our sleep. We would certainly return if our path leads back this way ;-)

The little things

This was a gorgeous home. It was very spacious and clean. As soon as we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. The owners of this property thought about “the little things” from providing items that you may have forgotten to labeling things very clearly. They thought of everything. Christmas Getaway

We had a fantastic stay here! The home appears to have been remodeled, and it was extremely clean and neat. The decor created a really cozy, homey feeling. The house is close to shopping and dinning, so you could easily walk if you wanted to. The hosts were very hospitable and communicated well. I would absolutely recommend staying here!
