Whether you`re visiting for business or leisure, this property offers everything you need for a memorable stay. Highlights of the Condo Spacious Studio, 1-Bathroom Unit: Includes a full kitchen with modern appliances (oven, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, and kitchen utensils), in-unit washer/dryer, and a convertible sofa bed in the living room. Balcony: Relax with stunning views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami. Comfort Essentials: Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, fresh towels, toiletries, linens, hair dryer, clothing steamer, and Smart TVs. Pet-Friendly: Pets are welcome upon request (additional fee applies). Resort-Style Amenities Guests have full access to building amenities located on the 7th, 8th, and 9th floors, including: Rooftop pool (towels provided) State-of-the-art gym On-site restaurant and bar Additional amenities include access to spa services (fees apply), and steps away from Metro Rail and Brightline, making transportation a breeze. Additional Amenities not included in fee: **Mandatory** Resort fee $35 + tax per night (optional) Valet parking $56 per night Pack `n Play, travel crib available upon request for a $15 fee (optional) Children items available up request - additional fee Spa services are also not included and must be paid for on-site. GUEST INFORMATION Following the reservation, guests must provide a photograph of their ID for accommodation registration, which they will need to present upon check-in at the front desk. RULES: No Smoking (up to $500 fine) For early check in or late check out please message host directly (additional fees may apply) Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise low during quiet hours. UNIT CLEANING The cleaning fee corresponds to the final and mandatory cleaning of the unit. This price does NOT include daily cleanings. For optional cleanings during the stay, please send us your inquiries. *DAILY RESORT FEE AND DAILY PARKING NOT INCLUDED* Daily Resort Amenity Fee of $35 USD per condo per night plus 13% tax is applied at the time of check-in. The resort amenities include: Wireless Internet Local & Toll-Free Calls 8th Level Pool Access includes towels Gym Parking (OPTIONAL AND NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE) A daily parking fee of $56 will be implemented regardless of the length of stay, managed by the accommodation`s valet parking service. This deposit will be held or charged to a credit card during the stay and will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or losses. There is no lifeguard on duty, and swimming is at the guest`s own risk. Diving is prohibited. Outside coolers, food, beverages, and portable speakers are not allowed in the pool area. Valet Parking: Valet parking is available through a third-party valet service. A daily fee is applicable. The Gale Hotel and Residences is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles, including mechanical issues, scratches, dents, or the loss of personal items left inside the vehicle. Pet Policy: The Gale Miami Hotel & Residences permits one pet per room, up to 35 lbs. Guests will be held responsible for any excessive dirt or damage caused by their pets. In-Room Cooking Facilities: The hotel is not liable for any foodborne illnesses, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of in-room cooking equipment, which is used entirely at the guest’s own risk. Guest Negligence: The Gale Hotel and Residences is not responsible for any losses due to guest negligence, including leaving room doors unsecured or failing to protect personal valuables. In-room safes are provided for guest convenience. Property Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by willful misconduct or negligence. This includes, but is not limited to, repair costs and lost business opportunities resulting from damage. Incidentals: Any charges incurred due to damage caused by guests or their visitors, including phone calls, pet damage, or missing hotel items (such as towels), will be billed directly to the guest. Lost and Found: Items turned into lost and found will be cataloged and stored for up to 30 days. Unclaimed items will be disposed of after this period.
