Home from home experience. Villa is absolutely stunning, as pictures show.Location was ideal for our visit. surrounding area is very quiet, peaceful and safe as well as immaculately maintained. Communication with hosts was very good with speedy responses from Helen and Gary. We as a family will visit Florida again and we'd happily rent this villa again. This property had everything we were looking for in our stay, plenty of room for everyone, a nice pool area and a short trip to most of the area attractions. We would stay again next time we are in the area.

Great family vacation!

Great communication and the house was just as described. Kids loved it and the master suite downstairs was perfect for my in laws who have trouble with stairs. Short drive to Disney and a nice quite neighborhood. Would stay again!

Beautiful Home

This gorgeous 5 bedroom home has all of the amenities you could ask for and the beautiful back yard with pool and hot tub saved our sanity after long Disney days. Well stocked with dishes and appliances just bring yourselves and enjoy a wonderful place to stay!

Exceptional place to stay

We thought the property looked fabulous from the website but it was even better in reality. Nice homely touches around the place and spotlessly clean when we arrived. Ideally located for the many attractions Orlando has to offer. Pool area is amazing with the mood lights and Jacuzzi was perfect relaxation after a hard day around the theme parks! Can't fault anything at all. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday

Property has a very nice pool. It's a great size for a larger or extended family event. Has the game room for pool, Foosball and air hockey to have family friendly competitions. It's a decent distance from the Disney/Kissimmee hustle and bustle, but close enough for spending days with those planned activities. We were very happy with the responses and adjustments from the hosts/owners and the caretakers. Will very definitely consider using the property in the future as appropriate.

Holiday Vacation

We had an amazing stay - the house was extremely nice and looks just like the pictures. The owners were very easy to contact and responded to every email very quickly. Parking is a little challenging - only 2 cars can fit in the driveway and there is minimal parking on the street as there is only street parking on one side of the street so cars were parked in front of the house at all times. We had a guest visit and we had to squeeze the 3rd car in the driveway as there was no parking available on the street. Overall - great home and a great Stay:)

Family Getaway

I totally recommend Helen and Gary's beautiful home for a fun, relaxing family get away. This property was super clean and totally equipped with everything a home needs from extra blankets, pillows, pack and plays and the best fine kitchenware that anyone that likes to cook has. For family fun there is a huge game room and a nice size pool. I would definitely put in a request for this property again. Most important, Helen never took for than 15 minutes to reply to my emails if I had any questions.

2022 Family Christmas

We had a great time and the villa was everything we could have hoped for. It was convenient to Universal, Disney, Tampa and Cape Canaveral. The game room and pool was a hit with the kids. Thank goodness we paid extra for heat in the pool and hot tub, as the temps were in the high 30’s the first few days. The house itself was spacious and comfortable. Nice neighborhood that we walked daily. One thing that was exceptional, was the hot water heater. We had multiple showers going, washer and dishwasher with no loss of hot water. Jennifer the property manager quickly responded to the few issues we had. I would definitely recommend this property.

Graduation get away

I stayed at your home with 6 other family members. My son graduated and wanted to have a trip together. Your house was very inviting and clean. This is the first time I have not encountered those pesky bugs when renting in Florida! Location was also perfect. We ventured out to Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. Shortest drive ever. Less that 15 mins (from house to parking spot) to either location and that is with the awful Orlando traffic. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. For such a large family, we could have used more pots...we do not eat out much. The teenagers did not care for the beds, they felt they were very hard. I on the other hand, my husband and I slept peacefully! This trip would have been perfect if tropical or hurricane Colin had picked another time to show his face. We were very safe in your home as the wind and rain passed. Would I stay at your house again, in a minute!

Orlandovillaforall - Davenport Florida

I actually found details of the above villa via a mutual friend. As I was local, the owners Helen and Gary were able to provide a satnav armed with all of the local attractions which was very generous of them and proved invaluable. I spoke with them and they were very helpful giving us some very useful advice. The management company usually deal with issues on site however despite there being contact details available at the villa should you need to call them we found that everything was perfect for our stay therefore the need did not arise. The villa is very spacious, we were a family of four however there is ample space for two families and for each to have their privacy. The villa was in an ideal location not only for parks, amenities, shopping outlets etc but also for a tranquil retreat from it all on your lazy days. The pool and games room were excellent, a real asset. The villa was clean, well equipped and the management company attended twice during our stay to do their weekly pool service/clean. We were out on both occasions so did not find this imposing. I would definitely stay at this villa again it was pivotal in the enjoyment of our Florida holiday experience and I would highly recommend it to everyone. In fact I already have!

Perfect

We spent the last 2 weeks of August at the villa and it was 6 of us, 2 kids and 4 adults. We didn’t want to be at the parks every day during our stay in Florida hence we chose a villa rather than a hotel in the parks. We made the right choice! The villa is placed at about half an hour drive from the parks, sometimes it may take longer if there are traffic jams. There is a Walmart 10 minutes drive away and plenty of restaurants close by. The house was clean and well looked after. The swimming pool was a godsend after being the parks all day and my children loved playing in it and in the games room. The swimming pool area has a safety gate at all times which was great to keep our children away from the pool when we were busy in the house. The kitchen is well equipped and we used the BBQ quite often; the living room area is airy and bright; there are 5 bedrooms so we had plenty of choice. WiFi worked well and it was fast enough for 4 of use to use with different devices at the same time. Communication with the owners was easy and on arrival there was a booklet which helped us with any questions we had. It was also reassuring we had the caretaker’s phone number at hand if we needed anything. Overall, we were very pleased with the villa and we had a fantastic holiday. Our children didn’t want to leave and neither did we! We’d come back and stay at this villa again without hesitation. Thanks again Helen and Gary.

Excellent property

This was my first time using VRBO and couldn't be happier with my choice. The house was beautiful and the owner was readily available for any questions I had (and I had many). Her response time was never for than a few hours. The property is about 15 minutes from the Magic Kingdom (depending on traffic). House had everything we needed and is in a beautiful complex. Grandchildren (6 & 9) enjoyed the pool, especially after walking around Disney in 90 degrees heat and the game room was used every night. Very comfortable beds, lots of storage space for clothes. Beautiful home. I would highly recommend!

Your Florida Home Away from Home

Stayed here while we took in a week of Florida sun and the surrounding attractions. House is as described/pictured. Rooms are spacious, house as a whole is very clean and bright. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive throughout the process (booking, arrival, check out etc.) We had to change the date and time of arrival as our flight changed and they where more than willing to help us out. Will definitely consider this house again for our next Orlando trip and will definitely offer word of mouth advertising to any friends or family heading to the area.

Property was very clean and perfect for our adult family vacation. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Pool and game room were great!

We are based in the UK and have been married since 1982, we have two grown up daughters and are now proud grandparents of both 3 granddaughters and 2 grandsons. Gary is a retired Engineer and I am a homemaker having retired from a bank where I worked in risk and control.

We wanted a property that ticked all our boxes, on a good community, not overlooked, light and airy, large pool with spa that is not too far from the parks but also near to supermarkets and other amenities. A property that would be a good holiday home for both ourselves and our guests.

Whilst most people would have been happy with the villa as it was we drew up and have been carrying out a scheme of upgrades, starting with replacing the linens and cook/dinner ware, we then replaced the bedroom furniture in the master bedrooms, replacing and increasing the amount of patio furniture, replacing the fans in the bedrooms with thermostatic fan/lights, converting the garage to a bespoke air-conditioned games room, repainting the pool deck, installing mood lighting to the pool & spa and installing a pool side thermostatic shower,replacing the existing lounge fan with a large remote controlled fan. All downstairs is now porcelain wood effect tiles throughout and vinyl flooring upstairs with tiled bathroom floors. Both upstairs bathrooms have been re-tiled with one being converted from a bathroom to a shower room
