I received you with all the percks, coffee, water, beer, snacks as a GIFT to y and waited for your arrival so i explained how the house works and gave you a free late check out, and a free house cleaning you didnt want but i offered. I always responded any question or doubts nd tried my best to make you feel at home. Since you made your reservation in the house rules explained and it says here in vrbo platform, that after a certain quota, 200 kwts per stay, if you go over that you have a fee to pay. When i talked to you i told you again, i have it in chat, and reported it to vrbo because i always say it clear, and we do that because we are trying to be a green space and conscious about electric consumption. You're review doesnt come at all with a surprise, i noticed that when i told you to please take a picture of your electric spent. And maybe you noticed how much you spent in Air conditioning.... maybe you left it on all day... all night. And i told you when this came up, but i left it v up to you, and you didnt care at all. but know i see you are not conscious at all. And about the iguana.... Punta Esmeralda is a Iguana reservoire.... maybe they come in units sometimes, but nobody kills or hurts them. They are inoffensive HARMLESS and its a small beautiful green iguana and maybe you dont understand but we RESPECT their lives, so yes maybe i could help you with the visit of a iguana.....that didnt hurt you at all and its their right to be around spaces. We protect them.

Just to clarify for peace of mind for both of us and for anyone reading the reviews, the electricity policy is clearly stated in the VRBO House Rules. The stay includes up to 200 kilowatts, which is the normal monthly consumption for a home in the area without constant AC use. Any additional usage is charged only at the actual CFE cost (about 6 pesos per kilowatt), with no markup. This also helps promote responsible energy use since electricity in Bahía de Banderas is among the most expensive in the region. Thank you again for being such wonderful guests.
