If you're looking for a cozy, centrally-located condo that's just a short walk to the beach, as well as many local restaurants and shops, then OBX Magic is the place for you!
Spend your days taking leisurely walks on the beautiful beaches of Kill Devil Hills, just 500 feet from your front door. Afterwards, cool off poolside in the large community pool. Grill up dinner and dine al fresco at the community picnic area. If you're not in the mood for cooking, grab some fish tacos at Bonzer Shack, or a delicious pizza at Dare Devil's, just 450 ft from Sun Dune Village. Due to its convenient central location in the heart of KDH, you will never need to go far to experience all that the Outer Banks has to offer!
The Sun Dune Village community pool is open from May 18th - September 22nd, 2024. The pool is open from 9 AM to dusk. Please note community pool dates are subject to change depending on state regulations and county guidelines.
This home includes credit for $245 in beach gear rentals from our partners at VayK Life. Stay between April 4th and October 19th, 2025 (7-night minimum), and use your beach gear credit for items such as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, and more!
Layout:
Lower Level: Living area, dining area, kitchen, full bath, bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed.
Top Level: Loft area, king en suite with private bath.
