Two bedroom residence easy access to multiple Restaurants and grocery stores. Great jump off plane to mountain town, such as Ouray or going fishing.

What a beautiful home! We loved staying here. Everything was perfect. The house is well equipped, it is super comfortable and so cozy. We really enjoyed the free coffee and the outside patio. We would love to stay here again!

We fished the Gunnison River 2 days and Uncompahgre River 1 day. The fishing was great and the drive from Montrose to Durango on 550 was beautiful. The Aspens were at their peak and awesome.The home was clean, comfortable and convenient.

Property was situated close for all the places we went to visit. So many places to hike and drive to explore within 90 minutes. The property was in a quiet neighborhood and the outdoor area was great for grilling,eating outside or just playing cards. The house was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet clean comfortable location right off downtown Montrose in a full house, 15 minutes drive from the Black Canyon National Park. Easy to find, had the essentials including laundry. Beds were very soft. Had a night light (fantastic!) which most vrbo’s forget these days. Thanks for the stay!

This place is so cute and ideally located near the downtown. We were able to walk to shops and to the grocery store. The national park was less than half an hour to the park entrance. One thing we took advantage of daily was the outdoor table. It’s situated nicely so there’s privacy and the sun isn’t in your face on the evenings, and the backyard is beautifully kept. There were plenty of washcloths and towels (a problem we often encounter with rentals), soap, detergent, etc. The whole house was spotless, roomy in its layout, and just a great spot to stay. Parking was right in front but not parallel street parking, which meant we backed up just yards from the fire, and that was nice! We would stay here again if in the area!
