POOL AND SPA DISCLAIMER
Usage of the pool and spa is "at-your-own-risk." The property owner is not liable for any injuries or harm that may come from using the pool and/or spa.

SPA USAGE
-Guests may request the spa to be heated for up to 4 consecutive hours per day, for a $20 fee/day. (We pay this fee to the tech who comes out to turn it on and off.)
-Reservations must be made at least 6 hours in advance.
-Payment must be processed prior to the technician coming to turn on the spa.
-Please allow one hour for the spa to heat up.

PROPERTY RULES
We are sharing our home for others to enjoy for travel/staycation. We do not allow parties, party-like behavior (yelling, screaming), loud music, smoking/vaping, drugs use, or anything else that would disturb the peace of the neighborhood.
