The Space:

Boasting four spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms plus a daylight basement with a large front and back yard, The Georgia Home provides ample space for everyone to relax and unwind.

The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed to accommodate large groups, featuring the following:

Room1: Sleeps 2 w a King bed w flat screen tv plus an en-suite full bathroom w dual sinks (can be converted into two Twin XLs as pictured with advanced notice)

Room2: Sleeps 3 w a Queen bed with twin XL trundle and private workspace with desk and chair

Room 3: Sleeps 3 w a Queen bed with twin XL trundle

Room 4: Triple twin XL bunk bed (note this is a walk-thru bedroom adjacent to Room 1 and features an en-suite half bath)

Our recently updated, fully-stocked eat-in kitchen is a culinary dream and equipped with the following
making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together.

•large gas cooktop with plenty of counter space
• pantry for extra storage
•cooking essentials: crockpot slow cooker, pots, pans, utensils, single cup & full carafe coffee maker

Enjoy two inviting living rooms stocked with board games like a mandala and Hedbanz, TVs and a record player, an upper balcony, and a lower screened-in porch, perfect for gathering or spending some alone time all while making memories. The basement, accessible from inside or via a separate entrance through the attached screened porch, is an entertainment haven complete with a pool table, foosball, and yard sized Connect 4, ensuring endless fun for both kids and adults.

A separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer set is located just off the kitchen.

For those who need to stay connected, we've got you covered with utilities, WiFi, and streaming via Smart TVs included. As noted above, this home features a dedicated work station, and two bedrooms come with en suite bathrooms for added privacy and convenience.
