The host was very welcoming and it was nice she checked in after our first day to make sure all was well. The apartment was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Everywhere we went we could either walk to or was only a short drive. For being downtown it was a quiet location.

PROS: Location downtown was great. Close to parks, restaurants, bars, and the Grasshoppers Stadium which was a great place for inexpensive family activity. We were there for a soccer showcase at Bryan park and the drive each day was less than 20 minutes each way. Also just a few miles from a great mall which was a perfect spot to meet up with teammates. Complimentary coffee, hair dryers, and shampoo/conditioner/soap in each bathroom was a great plus that you don't get at many VRBOs! We only needed to reach out to Maddie twice during our stay and both times she was very responsive and helpful! CONS: Only one TV which was in the living room where our daughter slept all week which was disappointing. We were unable to find any filtered water from the fridge so went through a lot of bottled water. The ice maker worked well though.

Great Apartment in Downtown Greensboro

The apartment was in a perfect spot—right in downtown Greensboro. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was great. We also loved having a great coffee shop just downstairs—such a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay! It’s super close to the busy downtown but far away where it’s not crowded or loud…just a block or so. The apartment was beautiful! Super comfortable, super clean. It was just as described. The shower was amazing!! We felt very secure having 2 locked doors to go through for access. Only drawback was the mattress is too firm for me personally, but my husband enjoyed it. Would absolutely stay here again.

A Gen in the Heart of Greensboro!

This place over delivers and we will definitely be going back. The owner is super friendly and very communicative. All the amenities were well thought out and labeled clearly. It is the perfect getaway to explore a lively and adventurous area. 5 Stars!!

Great place

This was one of, if not the best short term rentals I’ve ever used. Cool neighborhood with bars, restaurants, and parks within walking distance. The place was really cool with a great vibe. Decorations were very high end, but it also felt comfortable. I felt settled and at home from the minute I walked in. The host was very communicative. Not a single complaint or regret. If you’re in Greensboro, this is the place.
