We had a wonderful time here. The panoramic view was great! The only "complaint" is lack of storage in the hall bathroom for hygiene items around the sink (more of a nuisance).

Everything was wonderful! The views from this unit are spectacular. I love that it has two rooms with a balcony. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I definitely want to stay again! The only problem we had was that the rental advertisement and correspondence all said it came with beach chair rental and it didn’t because of the season, however, the rental company made that right for me! I am very pleased with this company and this condo!

Overall this condo is fantastic! The views are amazing and it was a very comfortable place for the 5 of us. One small issue is there should be a starting small bottle of dish soap for handwashing. There are a few improvements that the building should look into making. There should be a ramp from the building to the beach. It is a lot of stairs. Makes it very hard to get beach gear down there in a wagon. The crosswalk that is just outside the building to cross over to McGuire's needs to have a button and lights flashing. We were almost hit by a car in the rain at night as it was very hard to see that we were in the crosswalk. They even yelled at us to hit the button (but there isn't one). Pool is not in a convenient location (and not labeled on the elevator) and very small.

Good location

Good location. Place needs updating. Mold present in shower, behind the curtains and a few other places. Not enough silverware. Appliances need updating. Also more towels needed. Need more pans for cooking.

Great Location

Great location. Close to everything, shops, restaurants, grocery store, ect… within walking distance to all or a short 1-5 min drive. The view is amazing. The condo could use more cooking and bakeware. Very limited. The ice machine on the door can’t be used, note on the fridge says to grab ice from inside the bin in the door. I didn’t care for that since it’s unsanitary as other guests have been doing the same and this isn’t something that gets cleaned regularly. The condo would definitely benefit from a better cleaning company. The kitchen table, windows, floors, bathrooms were not cleaned well. Overall it was a very nice building. The palazzo itself is gorgeous and a perfect spot for families.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Palooza. The home was very spacious and just as it’s described, beautiful. The private beach was awesome and is one reason why we would definitely book again.

July 4th week

We loved the property; a fantastic space on 7th floor corner unit with great ocean/beach views which was a bonus for watching miles and miles of beach fireworks on the 4th! The beach at this location is quiet and not overcrowded, and was great having an included set of beach chairs/umbrella daily. The kitchen could use a bit more drinkware, but otherwise was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Really LIKED it!

I have stayed in many condo's over the years. You never know what you will get. This condo did not disappoint. Layout was like advertised. Very clean. They had plenty of kitchen items and linens. I liked that the condo was next to trash bin, so made it easy to drop things in trash chute. Parking garage I thought would be a nightmare... it is a tight fit for big vehicles but they had across the street option as well. All round... GREAT place. I will be back. I did not know or missed the part about $40 parking pass for each vehicle. Just in case you miss that part.

Girl’s Trip

We are 4 ladies celebrating our 70th birthdays! The condo was exactly as described. Right on the beach; loved that. We had one little glitch when we arrived but the owners immediately took care of the problem. This was about 8:00 at night. Two of the nicest people you could meet. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Very enjoyable

We loved the condo. It was spacious and clean. The beach was nice as well as the water. The beach was not crowded and there was plenty of room to do whatever in the sand. We didn't have to wait in the elevators bc of crowded. The property manager was quick in response and very accommodating!! Two thumbs up!!!

Amazing!!!

This was a wonderful property! It was just like the pictures advertised- spacious and lovely. The beach area was not crowded at all. We really enjoyed the two beach chairs that were included with the condo. Check-in was easy. Communication was very clear. Loved it! Definitely recommend!

Beach Trip

The condo was nice and we enjoyed it but there were some issues. The bedroom with the small balcony does not get good airflow and was hot at night. The ceiling fans rattled unless set on high. Found a pack of cigarettes under the couch. Many lights bulbs were out. The stove light didn’t work. The dishwasher had an unpleasant smell and we tried to use the vacuum and it smelled terrible. The Plazzo as a property is not good. There is no ramp to the beach so I do not know how it is ADA compliant. 3 sets of stairs from the condo to the beach is ridiculous. I will not stay at this place again. I hate to give this review because we did have a great time.

Perfect Vacation Stay

Palazzo is by far our favorite condominium to stay at for a PCB vacation. Less than a mile and a half to Pier Park yet not located in the busy section of the beach. The condo has everything you need for your stay. The bedrooms are perfectly set up for comfort and the balcony is amazing for those sunset nights. We will stay here again for sure. Highly recommend.

Girls trip

Very roomy! Balcony was so big. There was even a small balcony off one of the bedrooms. I had to call and ask for the garage code even though all correspondence said that would be sent. And even after I called it took a while for them to send it. But I wasn't driving so I could check my phone, but didn't always have access to internet on the back roads. They didn't tell us the code for the fitness center, but I got it from the receptionist in the lobby. The parking garage is tight! Not enough space for two way traffic. The views from the condo were amazing! There was no coffee maker only Keurig. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. The fitness center for the building was good enough but lacking in some equipment. Easy beach access!
