Cozy Wisconsin Cabin with Woodstove + Lake Views

Filled with the coziest vibes, vintage touches, and sun soaked windows, Alkov Cabin is your sweet little getaway about an hour from Minneapolis! It’s a newer build, but it’s filled with lots of old charm. We’ve been hosting on another platform for 3 years and have 125+ 5 star reviews

Enjoy a fire overlooking the lake, a walk at a nearby nature preserve, a book on the sofa, all with a view of Bridget Lake in western WI. Minutes from charming downtown Balsam Lake, Interstate State Park, Trollhaugen, Balsam Lake Ski Trails, and so much more

Our cabin is on a 2 acre plot full of elms, ironwoods, and white pines overlooking Bridget Lake near St. Croix Falls and Balsam Lake, WI.

The cabin is a small build, but not quite a tiny home at 470 sq ft. It is perfect for 1-2 people who are looking for a cute little spot to enjoy (with pups, of course!). We designed and finished the cabin ourselves, so lots of love, care, and work went into every detail.

Utility Room | Washer + Dryer + laundry pods

Outside | There’s a back deck, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine overlooking the lake. Close by, there is small fire pit with dreamy sunset views.

Recreation | in the summer, we do have 2 sit-on-top kayaks available for use. To get to the lake, you’ll need to drive to the public boat launch or brave the steep slope on our property. We are a new build, so we haven’t built steps yet or added a dock. Thanks for your patience as we add more amenities!

In the winter, we have snowshoes available as well.
