Escape to The Getaway, a thoughtfully designed tiny home nestled in the quiet charm of Deer Lick Falls. Relax on the covered deck with your morning brew or soak in the oversized hot tub surrounded by serene landscaping. Inside, leather seating, a goat-skin reading chair by the fireplace, and expansive woodland views create the perfect cozy vibe.

At night, let the fire pit and string lights set the mood for stargazing. Located near scenic trails and waterfalls, The Getaway is your ultimate retreat into the natural beauty and peaceful energy of the Cumberland Plateau.

Dogs under 40 pounds will be considered. Please reach out to Guest Services prior to bringing your pet. A fee of $100 + tax will be applied to your reservation.

This was my 5th stay at a Retreat location. I've had nothing but perfect accolades for each stay. We loved everything about this recent visit. Quiet, close to our outdoor activities, house was immaculate, easy to find, great amenities and professional company to deal with. We'll definitely be back.

Birthday surprise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the tiny home! We celebrated my husband’s birthday for a one night getaway and it was the perfect gift for him! The hot tub was well needed and everything about it was so cozy! We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

Our stay was wonderful and relaxing. You felt secluded but were a short drive to hikes and restaurants. The resort was laid out nicely and even had outdoor sitting area, fire pit, grill, hot tub and hammocks. It really felt like everything was thought of. We can’t wait for our next trip back.

This is a tiny house located in a tiny house community. Clean, comfy, and quiet. Management company was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend… a great place to stay if you’re seeing a concert at The Caverns! Fantastic Getaway in the Mountains!

We loved everything about our stay here. The home is well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay from making a cup of coffee to enjoy on the porch to entertaining friends with a home cooked meal. Plenty of storage for your ingredients and items from home. The mattress is very comfortable - we got a great nights sleep while staying here. We loved the hot tub, it is nicely tucked behind a privacy wall that makes you feel secluded. This home is so cute and is the perfect mountain getaway for your next trip.
