I wanted a place that doesn’t just offer convenience, but lets you truly *feel* the city, not just visit it.
That’s why I picked this neighborhood—the vibrant intersection of Lastarria, Italia, and Bellavista. Here, historic charm meets modern creativity. Within minutes on foot, you can enjoy coffee in a century-old courtyard, browse an independent bookstore, catch an art-house film, and end the night with a drink on a rooftop overlooking the hills. All without needing a car.
Having two metro lines just steps from the building was essential. I wanted guests to move freely—explore the Parque Metropolitano in the morning, visit the historic center at noon, and catch a live show in Bellavista by night, all within minutes.
I also wanted the perfect balance between energy and calm. Even though you're in the urban heart, the building sits on a relatively quiet street, surrounded by trees and natural light.
