This unit was clean, tidy and comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed having a washer and dryer.

The overall stay was great. The host was super accommodating. Had all the amenities that we needed. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is wonderful for people traveling.

Home was fairly clean. Fridge wasn’t wiped out or emptied. Clean towels were available. Could have used a few more coffee pods. Overall a nice home.

The apartment is cleaned daily and the fridge is an older model not brand new and there is seldom food in it so i am not sure what food you are referring to.

I was a solo traveler, and only there for one night, so the accommodation was really more than I needed. My only problem with it was, the location was a bit inconvenient. (No car.)

The apartment is lovely with a comfy bed & excellent shower. We thought it was air conditioned but it wasn’t but being a basement apartment it didn’t get too warm. We had a great stay & it isn’t too far from downtown

Stayed 2 nights in one of the basement apartments. Contacted the host for instructions on gaining ent and we were able to get in a little earlier than planned.Quaint 2 bedroom. A little dated in the decor but clean and quiet.

Unfortunately the owner had a family issue and the person left to prepare for our arrival let her down. Everything worked out fine after doing some laundry and a visit with the owner.

I am very greatful for Karen and her husbands kind patience. My mother had surgery to remove cancer and i was detained at the hospital all day so the cleaning suffered a little so it juat goes to show that a littlw kindness goes a long way. Thank you Karen and hubby and i hope you can come back again sometime amd have a better experience. But overall, it was so nice meeting them amd we had good conversation and i would highly recommend this beautiful couple to other hosts :)

This property is close to the Grand Falls hospital, downtown amenities, the stadium, sports facilities, Sanger Park and the baseball field and all shopping centers. And if you are an adrenalin junkie there is Extreme Ziplines and the Exploits River for fishing with a license. All are close-by
