Such a cute place! And packed with so many amenities. It's close to everything, yet tucked away enough that it's calm and quiet. We had a very comfortable stay. At this point into our trip I was very happy to have a washer and dryer in unit, and we appreciated all the tips and recommendations the host had on what to do and where to go while in the area on our way across Newfoundland.

This unit was clean, tidy and comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed having a washer and dryer.

Humidifier not AC, but that was ok as the humidifier did a good job. The unit was as quiet as you could ever want. Had a full kitchen, everything you would need, except a good can opener, but how picky can you get. Bathroom had everything you would need, lots of fluffy, clean towels. Two bedrooms, comfortable beds. Sharon was very quick to respond to any questions or requests. A bargain for the price charged. You won’t be disappointed with your stay.

Home was fairly clean. Fridge wasn’t wiped out or emptied. Clean towels were available. Could have used a few more coffee pods. Overall a nice home.

The apartment is cleaned daily and the fridge is an older model not brand new and there is seldom food in it so i am not sure what food you are referring to.

The overall stay was great. The host was super accommodating. Had all the amenities that we needed. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is wonderful for people traveling.

I was a solo traveler, and only there for one night, so the accommodation was really more than I needed. My only problem with it was, the location was a bit inconvenient. (No car.)

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was the prefect size for us and our needs while in town. It was clean and easy to access and the laundry machine worked well (it was loud though so run it during the daytime and not at night).The only issue we had was trying to regulate the temperature in the apartment. The ad advertised a portable AC unit but this wasn't in the apartnent when we arrived, instead only a dehumidifier was there. When it rained, we were asked to turn the dehumidifier on, which wasn't a problem but it made the space so hot. I asked the host about the AC and was told it was in storage and she would try to get it for us (unfortunately, it never arrived during our stay) and in the meantime, we could open windows. The issue was that when we opened the windows, the humidity got high so we had to run the dehumidifier which in turn, made the space very hot. There wasn't an easy way to regulate the temperature during our stay which made sleeping tough.Besides this one thing, the place was great and I would recommend it to others with one piece of advice- ask in advance for the AC unit if you feel you'll need it during your stay.

The temperatures in Newfoundland have not been very high so far this summer we've had a slow start with the temperatures warming up and the fact that it is a basement apartment lower levels are cooler regardless

It is 4 apartments in one house or building, and each apartment has its own entrance and parking lot. There is a hotel close by.

The apartment is lovely with a comfy bed & excellent shower. We thought it was air conditioned but it wasn’t but being a basement apartment it didn’t get too warm. We had a great stay & it isn’t too far from downtown

This property is close to the Grand Falls hospital, downtown amenities, the stadium, sports facilities, Sanger Park and the baseball field and all shopping centers. And if you are an adrenalin junkie there is Extreme Ziplines and the Exploits River for fishing with a license. All are close-by
