Villa Kırkpınar is the first facility of this size that combines summer house rental and hotel concept in Turkey.
Kırkpınar is an old Circassian village, founded by the Çizemua family and known for Çizemua hable. The Circassian owners of our facility are the descendants of the founding family of this place. Çizemua Musavest Bey is a relative of Sultan Abdulaziz. Before he becomes the vizier-azem, he is killed by those who want to prevent it. Sultan Abdulaziz, who is very upset about this, sends his son Ahmet Reşit Bey to receive education in Enderun (special school in the Ottoman palace), assigns him as the state minister, and gives him the right to pick a place on these lands. Ahmet Reşit Bey prefers Kırkpınar because it resembles his hometown Sochi. Ahmet Reşit Bey is the great-grandfather of Ms. Janset and her mother Mrs. Hilal, the owners of Villa Kırkpınar which you have come to stay in.
Our family crest, which is the most meaningful sign that presents us, is used on our facility logo.
We, the last generation of our family, are more than glad to welcome you in our facility consisting of detached villas, which we established under the name of Villa Kırkpınar on this land inherited from our family, by adopting the Circassian hospitality as a principle with our all-female team. We are looking forward to seeing you in Çizemua Hable, the Circassian village!

Our facility is surrounded by a natural living space with a playground, football field, cafes & restaurants, mosque, walking trails and markets in it where you can fulfill your shopping needs.
