Great location 3 min walk to beach, very clean, nice 3 stories condo resort with nice clean pool and hot tub.Our unit had small kitchen where we could cook.Only thing was one single pot, one single pan, one single steak knife. Had to ask for a dish cloth. No strainer for pasta.Owner disn t seem to know about rules of HOA about motorcycle parking and the fact that there was a BBQ area available for residents.

The place was gross. They claimed that they treated the room for pests but there was rat droppings, brown/black stains on the wall, and cockroaches. The place was not clean and overpriced for a health and safety violation. The company has been notified and they were disgusted with the pictures that we took. The person refused to refund and believed that the cockroaches and rat droppings were worthy of their “9.2 rating”. I recommend that no one stays here, we left thirty minutes after arriving and had to stay somewhere else

Thank you for your review. I’m disappointed to read this because it does not accurately reflect what occurred. The photos provided did not show rat droppings. The insect pictured was a palmetto bug, which is common in our coastal climate, even with regular professional pest control treatments. While an occasional palmetto bug can unfortunately enter from outside, that does not indicate an infestation. I was also not informed that you had decided to leave the property until the following morning. Had I been notified when you made that decision, I would have had the opportunity to discuss the concerns with you and work toward a resolution. I take cleanliness and pest prevention very seriously and have the property professionally serviced on a regular basis. My goal is always to provide a clean, comfortable stay and to address any concerns as quickly as possible when they are reported during a guest’s stay.
