I’d like to address a few things for future guests’ clarity: – Our listing is accurate and includes clear details about the layout and amenities. – The presence of bugs appears to have been due to the bathroom windows being left open for extended periods, which unfortunately can invite pests in South Florida. – There was also an additional guest not included in the reservation, which made the space feel more crowded than it’s intended for. – The patio flooding occurred during a rare heavy storm, and we worked quickly to resolve it. – We were not made aware of any issues with the toilet or roof during your stay—had we known, we would’ve gladly sent someone immediately to assist. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable stay for every guest and take all concerns seriously.
